Absolutely satisfied, really good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: Talking of year 2023 passout batch Placement record: 1. The highest Package of 82 Lacs per annum was from ECE branch. 2. 44 LPA package from Amazon was offered to 49 students this year. 3. Average package this year was about 23lpa. 4. Design B.Des and M.Des students also get wider opportunities.

Infrastructure: 1. Hostels are okayish inbuilt with canteen and playing ground, fully equipped with LAN with maximum speed of 1gbps. 2. Lecture hall and tutorial complex is newly built, so obviously are in good condition. 3. Labs are also fine. 4. Library cum computer centre is newly built and is the place where all the coders spend their full time in the tinkering lab, fully equipped with both Wi-Fi and LAN system. Those not having laptops, can also work on the college systems. (IIITs are known for its coding culture) 5. Gymkhana activities include all the various sports and cultural and technical clubs of the college. 6. Senate election is also held for the bridge between faculty members and student body. 7. We have Student Activity Center (SAC) which has chess room, carrom room, badminton hall, table tennis hall, gym, etc. I. e. all indoor facilities. 8. For outdoor, we have Athletics ground, cricket ground, football ground and kabaddi ground. 9. We have central mess for everyone. Quality of food is good. 10. RO and watercooler is available everywhere. Kettle is not allowed. Warden has kettle at common hall where you can boil water if you have cough or cold. 11. Geyser is fitted in the bathrooms. Bathrooms have both western and Indian type latrine sittings available.

Faculty: 1. Teachers are highly educated and intelligent. Some of them are among the top 2% of the scientist in the world. (can check on college website or through linkedIn ) 2. Helpful in your projects and practicals. 3. Course curriculum is highly updated and comes with all recent requirements for the students. 4. English communication courses are well designed to suit for the industry ready purpose, we have group discussions and debate conducted as an assignment or quizzes. 5. Semester exams for core subjects / subjects of 3 or 4 credits are really difficult. Computer labs are really tough, designed as a competitive programming to boost and encourage you for the programming development and enhance problem solving skills. 6. Passing percentage is good as we have relative grading system. 7. Whiteboard, green board, digital board and projector as well as some physical object are used for the demonstration during the lecture hall.

Other: This year we have total around 2300 students in the college. You can imagine the crowd. ! For Connectivity, college buses are available. All scholarship information is sent through email IDs. Rest is available on NTA website. Various tech fests and events are organised in the college as well as students go for IIIT inter college function and competitions. All NITs and IIITs are connected through WhatsApp community group for the various competitions being held or organised by the institutions. IIITDM JABALPUR is in collaboration with JAPANESE government, so there is chance for students to go and study in Japan for free of cost. After COVID this year 7 students were selected for the Japan visit. Professors from JAPAN do visit the college and have an enlightening session with the students. Many retired IAS officers do visit on a regular basis as a part of JAGRATI CLUB, to guide and improve education system and empower the girl child. (Jagrati Club members used to teach the students of nearby villages and help them in preparation of their Board exams and Navodaya entrance exams, etc. ).
