Indus University Courses & Fees 2025: Admission, Eligibility & Selection Criteria

Yes, students can get direct admission in the BTech course offered by the Indus University under the management quota. The Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) has set guideliness for the admission process. 50% seats in each course is under the management quota.

At Indus University, the Salt Lake campus in Kolkata can accommodate approximately 1200 B.Tech students annually across all specializations.

Indus University offers courses at UG, PG and doctoral levels. The university offers courses in streams, such as Engineering, Management, Arts, Science, etc. The courses include BTech, MBA, BCA, MCA, etc. Admission at Indus University is merit and entrance-based.

As of the University, MAT is not required.

But, for the other course such as BBA, the selection criteria is based on UGAT/AME CET.

Then for BCA, it depends on merit-based selection.

For B.Des class 12th with an aggregate of 50 percent and IDAT.

For MBA requires MAT/CAT/ CMAT.

For BArch, it  requires NATA and ACPC counseling 

Aspirants must pass Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognised board with at least 45% aggregate to apply for BTech courses at Indus University. Candidates must have documents proving their eligibility for verification.

Indus University offers BSc in Clinical Research as an undergraduate honors degree lasting for four years. Clinical Research is a programme provides students with the knowledge to conduct and manage clinical research studies. BSc (Hons) in Clinical Research curriculum has first semester teaches students with the fundamentals of management sciences, while the second and third years are focused on specializing in topics related to healthcare and clinical research. Students from this programme could perform a vital role in researching the pharmacology, biochemical causes of disease and evaluating new medications and treatment techniques.

With BSc in Clinical Research degree, students can pursue career as a pharmacists, clinical research investigators, clinical data managers, biostatisticians, and research on new medicates/treatments.
