To be eligible for M.Tech at ICT Mumbai, candidates must have passed a relevant UG degree with at least 60% aggregate or equivalent CGPA (55% aggregate or equivalent CGPA for the backward class candidates). Spread over four semesters, admission to the full-time M.Tech courses is subject to a valid score in GATE/ GPAT/ GAT-B exams. For some ME/ MTech/ M.Chem.Engg. specialisations, an institute-level written test and interview is conducted along with due consideration to the exam scores for final selection.
