Eligible students are required to go through JEE Main or MHTCET exam for admission to Institute of Chemical Technology for BTech followed by CAP counselling conducted by DTE Maharashtra. The eligibility and selection criteria for BTech is as follows:
- Eligibility: A pass in Class 10 and Class 12 with Physics & Mathematics as compulsory subjects (40% for Backward Class, EWS and PwD category candidates of Maharashtra) or Diploma in Engineering or BSc exam from a recognised institute of Maharashtra with 45% aggregate (40% for Backward Class, EWS and PwD category candidates of Maharashtra). There is no age limit for admission.
- Selection criteria: MHT CET for students from the state of Maharashtra | MHT CET/ JEE Main for All India category students.
The exam date for MHT CET counselling has been released. The Maharashtra CET Cell conducts the MHT CET exam every year for admission to BTech and BPharma courses. The exam is conducted online as a computer-based test.
