The University has disclosed the median package details in the NIRF report 2023. Over the past three years of placements (2020 to 2022), an improving trend was recorded in all the courses, except PG (1-year) courses, for which the median package has been fluctuating. Specific placement data for BSc specialisations is not released yet. Science students from 3-year UG courses such as BSc have seen a median package of INR 3.05 LPA, as per the 2022 report. Students pursuing popular BSc specialisations such as Agriculture, Forensic Science, and Biotechnology are likely to benefit from growing industry demand and practical exposure.

For popular courses like UG (4-year) and UG (3-year), the median package has improved slightly from 2020 to 2022 placements. Out of 65 UG (4-year) students, 10 were placed in the 2022 drive. The Jagannath University the highest package is yet to be released officially. However, the median package has been released.
