Good infrastructure, supportive faculty, and decent placement opportunities.

Placements: My batch had a good placement record, with around 75 to 85 percent of students got placed through campus recruitment. The average package offered was around 4 LPA to 6 LPA while the highest package was significantly higher depending on the student's sales and profile. Major requirements included reputed IT consulting and core companies. Many students also secured internships in well-known organisations. Common roles offered were software developer, analyst, engineer associate, and support execut...

Good placements but the infrastructure needs improvement.

Placements: The placements in this college are kind of average because the average package of my course is around 3–7 LPA. You can recover the money you spend on the 3-year course within the first year of your job. You can earn pretty decent, but you need to learn some skills.

Really good campus life and core science course.

Placements: 4 of our seniors were placed in working laboratories, and the rest further chose to go with Masters degree. Internships are provided from the 3rd year to gain hands-on experience in this field. Also, labs are well-equipped for research purposes. The highest package received was 8 LPA. Most students go for Masters mostly for better opportunities.

Things can be improved here.

Placements: Around 50–80 students get placed, and that too in very low packages. The highest package is around 8 LPA, and the lowest is around 3 LPA. The average package is around 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies are mainly small startups, and sometimes Accenture and HCL. There are no internships through the college.

If you want to relax and only degree, then go.

Placements: About 70% student got placement. The highest package is 30 LPA, and the average is 6 LPA. Companies like Wipro, HCL, and some foreign companies recruit. Students got 100% internship roles like developed trainee and so on. My college fees are so high, about 9 lakhs too.

Truly satisfied with the campus life and facilities.

Placements: This is a new course in Jamia Hamdard. My batch is the second batch, so I don’t have any idea about placements, but the university also offers M.A. in this course as well as Ph.D. in this course. This course has good scope in India and especially outside.

Application fee that needs to be paid while applying for BTech at Jamia Hamdard is INR 1,500. It has to be paid online. This fee is non-refundable. This means that if the applicant does not get selected for admission, it will not be refunded.
