JNTUK MTech Eligibility & Highlights 2025

JNTUK Kakinada MTech is a two-year postgraduate degree programme divided into four semesters and offered full-time. The basic eligibility by the university to get admission to MTech at JNTUK Kakinada and its affiliated colleges is candidates must achieve a minimum of 50% score BTech degrees or equivalent. Also, JNTUK Kakinada MTech admissions are based on GATE scores followed by CCMT counselling. Additionally, the university also accepts the valid score of PGECET counselling for GATE and PGECET-qualified students.

It has good faculty members with high knowledge and good infrastructure.

Placements: We are going to pass out in 2028 from the Computer Science department. There is a technical training center called Thub in our college, and they train us to become job-ready. The highest package offered is 52 LPA, and the main placement operations are handled by Thub only. We have to pay an extra fee to Thub other than the college fee.

Infrastructure: The internet in the hostel is not good, and the majority of the time, we cannot get internet. The remaining facilities are good. The electricity bill must be paid by us only, and it is not covered in the hostel fee. Classrooms are digitalised, and we get high-speed internet in classrooms. The library is well-organised with many useful books.

Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified, and they help us develop our skills. Semester exams are conducted in a systematic way. When compared to other colleges, the course curriculum is a bit better. They teach us advanced technologies that help us secure a job from the 2nd semester itself.

The college has good placements and infrastructure, with a good environment.

Placements: Placements were okay. Most companies were product-based, but bulk hiring happened only for service-based projects. The highest package was 32 LPA, the lowest package was 3 LPA, and the average package was 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies included Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, and TCS.

Infrastructure: College had a beautiful view with green trees and a garden. Environment was peaceful, but busy with students. Transport facilities were provided from the campus, or we could also go by public transport. Sports and cultural activities took place. Full security was provided for hostels as well as for the college.

Faculty: Teachers were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality was high. The course curriculum was relevant and made students industry-ready. However, students needed strong basics to learn future industrial concepts. The semester exams were quite easy to pass. The pass percentage was around 80-95 percent.

Review of Aditya College of Engineering.

Placements: Many students in my college have joined the CSE course only. In M.Tech, many preferred the CSE course. My batch has a lot of students in CSE. The highest package in my college is 20 LPA, and the lowest package is 3 LPA per annum. Many top companies in India have offered jobs in my academic year. Very few students go for internships.

Infrastructure: The facilities are very good. The infrastructure is very good. There are canteens, labs that are well-equipped, and nice classrooms with CC cameras. There is one small library, and students can go to the library at any time. There is a small medical clinic for hostelers only. There is free time for students, so we can play during that time.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and qualified. They are very knowledgeable, with many years of experience. While I am studying in that college, they are friendly to students in every situation except exam situations. This course is relevant to software companies like Infosys, TCS, etc. The semester exams are very difficult to write with one night's study. So the maximum number of students study well during their exams.

Infrastructure: The hostel facilities were good, with separate hostels for boys and girls. The mess was good. Water purifiers and washing machines were available. The infrastructure was good. The classrooms were neat, and labs were well-equipped. The library was good. Wi-Fi was not available. The medical facilities were good.

Faculty: The course curriculum was relevant. It made students industry-ready. Teachers were very helpful and friendly. They were well-qualified and knowledgeable about their subjects. The teaching quality was good. The semester exams were easy to pass. The pass percentage was 69%.

Placements: I'm from the 2023-27 CSE batch at Eswar College. Around 80 percent of students got placed. The highest package is 8 LPA, the average is 3.5 LPA, and the lowest is 2.2 LPA. Top recruiters include TCS, Infosys, Wipro, and Accenture. Nearly 60 percent of students got internships at IBM, TCS iON, and startups as developers and analysts.

Infrastructure: Eswar College has good infrastructure with well-equipped CSE labs, smart classrooms, Wi-Fi, and a library. Hostels are clean and comfortable with 24/7 water and power. Mess food is decent and the canteen is hygienic. Medical aid and sports facilities are available and well-maintained.

Faculty: Faculty at Eswar College are qualified, friendly, and supportive making learning easy and practical. The CSE curriculum is updated and helps students gain industry-relevant skills. Semester exams are fair and moderately difficult with around 90 percent of students passing successfully.

Other: I'm from the 2023-27 CSE batch at Eswar College. I chose this course because of my passion for coding and technology. The best part is the supportive faculty and hands-on projects. College fests and events are enjoyable. I wish for more placement drives and advanced lab equipment.
