At Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) in Hyderabad, one needs to fulfill one of the following requirements in order to be eligible for a free seat:
1) Category for the SC/ST: The annual income of your parents shall not exceed 2.5 lakhs.

3) General category: You have to fall between 100 and 110.

No, the university does not have any other provision for admission to the BPharm course. Additionally, apart from this candidate must also fulfil the eligibility conditions. Choosing JNTU Hyderabad CSE is best in my opinion because it is in a good city, whereas NIT Andhra Pradesh is in a village.
JNTUH is well established, whereas NIT Andhra Pradesh is still in the process
Even the fee will be higher for NIT Andhra Pradesh than JNTUH.
