STEP 2: Shortlisting of Students & Release of Merit List
JNTUH shortlists students for BTech through its TS EAMCET entrance exam. The merit lists are released by the state-level exam-conducting bodies of the qualified candidates.
STEP 3: Counselling
After the merit list release, selected students are called for counselling rounds. For admission to the BTech course, TS EAMCET Counselling takes place.

Choosing JNTU Hyderabad CSE is best in my opinion because it is in a good city, whereas NIT Andhra Pradesh is in a village.
JNTUH is well established, whereas NIT Andhra Pradesh is still in the process
Even the fee will be higher for NIT Andhra Pradesh than JNTUH.
