For admission to the GJUST BPharm course, aspirant should have passed Class 12 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics from the Board of School Education, Haryana, or another recognised board/university. The aspirants with a valid qualification approved by Pharmacy Council of India equivalent to any of the above examinations are also eligible for admission.

GJUST BPharm fees includes various components, such as caution money, tuition fee, hostel fee, and more. Some of these components are one-time chargeable, like caution deposit. While tuition fee and other such components have to be paid annually/semesterly. GJUST BPharm tuition fee is INR 3,400, while the hostel charges are INR 25,400 and one-time fee is of INR 2,000.

The university has a seat count of 60 for BPharm course admissions. Students are admitted as per the sanctioned seat intake. For selection, the candidates performance in the qualifying examination is considered. The seat allotment is carried out through counselling round. Yes, Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology offers lateral entry to BTech course. Candidates shortlisted are offered direct admission to the second year of the BTech degree. Candidates will be admitted in the BTech (LE) through online counseling conducted by Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES).

• An applicant should have passed Class 12 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry/ Bio-Technology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject.
• For admission to BE/ BTech (Bio-Technology), a candidate should be a pass in Class 12 examination with Physics and Mathematics or Biology as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry/ Bio-Technology/ Computer Science.
• A candidate who is passed in Diploma in Engineering and Technology from a recognised institute/ university.
• Candidates should have obtained 45% marks (40% in case of reserved category candidates).

MA is a two-year course divided into four semesters. GJUST offers MA in four specialisations at the PG level. Candidates who have passed graduation with at least 50% aggregate (pass marks for SC candidates of Haryana) can apply for GJUST MA course. Aspirants must hold the documents proving their eligibility for verification at later stages of admission. 

Additionally, candidates also need to qualify an entrance test conducted by GJUST for admission to MA course. GJUST Entrance Test comprises 100 questions of one mark each. It is a 1.5 hour test which will include multiple-choice questions.
