The Admission process and eligibility criteria at Kalinga University is based on the merit list of students.

The student who has passed his/her  graduation B.Sc with minimum of 40% marks is eligible and just he or she has to give an entrance exam of Kalinga University named KALSEE ( Kalinga Scholastic entrance exam). It is a CBT which is compulsory for all students to who wants to take admission in the university. It is a 90 minute duration with 90 MCQs test which has no negative markings. Minimum eligibility criteria for UG & PG Courses: For admissions to UG programmes at KU, students must have passed Class 12 and should have secured a minimum of 45% aggregate  (40% for SC/ST). Aspirants will be considered for PG programmes at KU if they have completed their graduation (graduation with three-year duration) with a minimum of 45% aggregate. 

Students belonging to SC and ST category will need a minimum of 40% for admissions. Students aiming for admissions to integrated programmes should have passed Class 12.

Aptitude tests and group discussions are conducted at regular intervals to enable the students to improve their performance in competitive exams. The Training Placement Officer who is assisted by ATPO and other faculty and student representatives from all the departments heads this unit. Job oriented courses and special training programmes are regularly conducted. 4. The application form is the same for every course (UG/ PG) and is available online and offline. Candidates shall submit the application fee of INR 1000 either through net banking/ credit/ debit card in online mode or through demand draft/ cash in offline mode.

Kalinga University for BPharma admission 2025 is open now. For BPharma admission, candidates must have completed twelve years of school education first. Eligible candidates are then to apply for the in-house entrance exam. Applicants must appear for the exam and secure at least 50% in the Computer-Based Test (CBT). After the exam, shortlisted candidates are qualified for the final round. Selected candidates will have to deposit the fee within ten working days after the declaration of the Successful candidate's list. In case the fee is not deposited in the stipulated time, the student's claim to the admission expires & the same will be passed on to the first waiting list candidates.
