UGPET 2025 Application Form: Lucknow University has started the application process for UGPET 2025 online. Candidates aspiring for BBA or BCA admission in Lucknow University had to apply for the exam on the official website of Lucknow University, lkouniv.ac.in. UGPET application form submission requires the candidates to fill in their personal, academic, and communication-related details followed by uploading relevant documents. Additionally, candidates need to pay an amount as the application fee of INR 1,000 if they belong to unreserved categories or INR 500 if they belong to reserved categories.

Details to Fill in UGPET 2025 Application Form

In order to submit UGPET 2025 application form, the following details are required:

  • Active mobile number
  • Alternate mobile number (Preferably of parent)
  • Photo in JPEG/JPG format (Not more than 50 KB in size)
  • Scanned signature in JPEG/JPG format (Not more than 50 KB in size)
  • High school, intermediate and graduation mark sheet
  • Applicants in their final year of graduation need to provide roll number and University details
  • Aadhar Card
  • Photo ID proof (Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Driving License, Passport- anyone)
  • Certificate Issued by Govt (for EWS candidates)
  • Self-declaration certificate (for EWS candidates)
  • Caste Certificate
  • Income Certificate
  • NCC certificate (if applicable)
  • Outstanding sportsperson certificate (if applicable)

  • Defense personal dependent certificate (if applicable)
