The Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) has 403 affiliated colleges that offer Dental, Ayurveda, and Medical specialisations. The university offers courses for all levels of study, including undergraduate, postgraduate, doctorate, post-graduate Diploma, undergraduate Diploma fellowship, Certificate and super speciality. The flagship courses of MUHS Nashik are B.Sc. And B.A. MS B.Sc. Course is offered across three specialisations and further into various disciplines through the Department of Medical and Nursing. The NEET UG entrance exam is used at MUHS for admission to the B.Sc. (Nursing) programme; however, other B.Sc. Specialisations may have different admissions procedures. B.A. MS course is offered by more than 20 affiliated colleges of MUHS. For admission to the B.A. MS course, students need to qualify for the national-level NEET UG entrance exam, followed by NEET Counselling.

BSc admission at MUHS Nashik is based on NEET exam. Candidates are required to participate in the NEET counselling 2024 for BSc seat at MUHS. NEET 2024 counselling is expected to begin in the fourth week of July 2024. Candidates who will qualify for the exam by securing the NEET 2024 cutoff marks will be eligible to participate in the NEET 2024 counselling process. NEET counselling process will be conducted in two categories, for the 15 per cent All India Quota (AIQ) seats and 85 per cent State Quota (SQ) seats.

In both cases, candidates must qualify for the BSc eligibility criteria which include twelve years of school education with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Botany & Zoology with a minimum of 50% aggregate (40% aggregate for SC/ST/OBC; 45% aggregate for PWD category candidates) along with English as one of the subjects. And requires candidates to be a minimum age of 17 years at the time of admission or will complete the age on or before December 31 of the year of admission (Request for relaxation from the prescribed age limit will not be considered for any category of applicants. Also, there is no upper age limit.)
