At the undergraduate level, MDU Rohtak offers three to five-year BSc,  BA, and other courses to students. At the postgraduate level, the university offers two to five-year MSc,  MA,  MCom, and various other programmes to students. BTech is offered in various specialisations such as Computer Science and Engineering,  Mechanical Engineering, and others. 

Colleges affiliated to MDU Rohtak offers BTech courses based on JEE Main score. Further, minimum 75% marks in class 12 is necessary to get into MDU Rohtak.
