Awesome infrastructure. Worth your money.
Placements: Generally, placements are not arranged for LL.M. students anywhere in India. But when companies came for placements of five-year law students, the college asked all the LL.M. students to appear for the interview and some of us appeared and got placed in private banks as a legal officer.
Infrastructure: 10 out of 10 for infrastructure. Very good campus. It is spread over 154 acres. Fully Wi-Fi enabled campus. The classrooms are big, spacious, and equipped with a projector and centrally AC family. The library was not up to the mark. I did not visit the central library so I have no idea about it. The campus can make anyone happy. There are two canteens in the university - one is in the dome building and another in the administrative cell. The administrative cell canteen offers a variety of food. The hostel canteens are also superb.
Faculty: I did my LL.M.from here which was a one year course and the classes were arranged twice a week. Our head of the dept. was the nicest person there. We also had an opportunity to be taught by Mr. Bhattacharya. I feel privileged. Though one of the teachers was a bit rude but in the course of time we were accustomed to it. The course curriculum of LL.M. was mostly based on the syllabus of NLU's. The university offers LL.M. in civil and criminal law.
Other: If you are planning for admission here, make sure to stay in the hostel or have your own convenience for hassle free study. The college is 30 kms away from the main city. The university offers non-AC and AC cab service on charges but the bulk of students travel by city bus which is easy to get at the university gate.

Aspiring solicitors start working with their seniors while they are studying. Successful lawyers become district attorneys and judges.
