MGKVP Varanasi Course Admissions 2026: Application, Eligibility, Courses & Fee

As per the admission information available on the latest MGKVP brochure, there is no provision for direct admission to the BCom course offered at the university. Aspirants are shortlisted based on the merit obtained in the qualifying exam. Based on their performance in the qualifying exam (Class 12/equivalent), the university allocated BCom seats through university-level counselling. Further, candidates are required to fulfil the course-specific eligibility criteria.

One of the additional components that the students are required to pay other than the tuition fee while taking admission is the college application fee which is different for different category students. Yes, Bachelor of Science (BSc) is available at Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith (MGKVP). It is an undegraduate degree programme offered in the full-time mode. The programme is offered in multiple specialisations at the univerity or through its affiliated colleges. MGKVP specialisations include Biology, Mathematics, Computer Science, etc. The duration of most BSc specialisations is three years, except for a BSc in Agriculture which is a four-year programme. It follows a semster pattern and the curriculum is designed in accordance with the NEP 2020.
