A college with strong alumni network.

Placements: They provide only less amount of campus. They arranged campus placement offers at the time of the final semester. The highest salary package offered during placements is 2.5 LPA. Around 50% of students get placed on placements. After getting the degree, students should visit many off-campus placements and apply for jobs online.

Infrastructure: To inculcate a feeling of oneness and belongingness amongst the students, several extra-curricular activities are organised by the college. These activities include cultural evenings, seminars, fests, etc. The alumni network of the college is strong and interconnected as students who graduated are still in touch with their teachers and the college in general. They are very helpful towards us as they share some great pieces of advice.

Faculty: Faculty members of the college are well-experienced and skilled. The faculty-student ratio of the college is 1:20. The mentor provides placement guidance to students. The interaction between the staff and students is good. The interaction of staff with students is good.

My review of this college.

Placements: Major companies like Infosys visit the college for the campus placements. 20% of students qualify for the placements in various companies. There is also a special coaching provided by the college for the campus placements. 70% of the students get jobs in the Malayalam film industry itself. There is a PRO who handles the campus placement wing. The college has a good campus placement history. Popular IT firms, including MNCs, conduct placement drives on the campus every year.

Infrastructure: Environmental Science is a growing area for further studies. It makes our environment good for future generations. The curriculum and teaching methods are good. Environmental Science and Management, Disaster Management, Geology, and GIS are the main subjects. But I know that there are hostel facilities for boys and girls separately. The hostels for the girls are on campus, disjoint from the college campus, while those for the boys are inside the large college campus itself. The inmates used to be happy about the stay, the mess food, and the charges, too.

Faculty: The faculty staff are minimum M.Tech qualified, and also professors with Ph.D. qualifications are there. Not all faculty members are very experienced, but some of them are good at teaching and have knowledge about the subject. Interactions with students depend on the faculty staff. I can't generalize the whole faculty, but some are up to the mark. Teaching standards are good, and sufficient notes are given, which is very effective for exams. Exams are so frequent. During 1 semester (6 months), there are 2 class tests, 2 series exams, and the university exams. There is 1 model and 1 university lab exam.
