Our college has good placements.
Placements: Our college has excellent placement record, especially in the marine sector. The placement cell works actively throughout the year to connect the students with top shipping companies, logistics firms, and related industries. Leading national and international organisations.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our course is very well developed and student friendly. The classrooms are spacious and equipped with smart boards. Our marine related studies, we have specialized laboratories, simulators, and workshops, and provide hands on training.
Faculty: Our college faculty is highly qualified, approachable, and supportive. Many of them have advanced degrees and practical experience in their fields. Which helps bridge the gap between their and real world application. They also encourage interactive learning.
Other: I am a part of B.Sc. NS course, which is a three year undergraduate programme designed to prepare students for a career in the merchant navy. Our batch is quite diverse, with students coming from different parts of the country, all sharing a common passion for the marine professions.

It has good teachers, a good course, and poor placements.
Placements: Only 1% of students got placed. The average package offered in 2025 in B.Tech Food Technology is 2 LPA. Britannia and Mondelez visit the college to hire students. Internships are provided to less than 1% of students. Roles like production officers, quality control, quality assurance, research and development, regulatory affairs officer, food safety officer, technical officer, and entrepreneurship development are offered.
Infrastructure: Labs are available with the basic equipment needed for the quality check. The library has books needed for study related to our subject. Medical claims are available, which can be assessed when we are admitted to the hospital. The quality of food available in the mess is average. Sports ground is available.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful. They always support us for academic and also for extracurricular activities. The teaching quality is also good. The course is relevant, and it helps to make students industry-ready. Semester exams are not so difficult. 40% is the pass percentage.
Other: I chose this course because it has a huge scope. It makes us job-ready, entrepreneurship-ready, and business-ready.

Really good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: MANET have 100% placement as I was placed within 10 days. The college provides proper guidance for the placement interviews. They take sessions on communication skills, aptitude, and group discussions, which help to crack the interview easily. They preferred the top companies for students.
Infrastructure: MANET has good infrastructure. Classrooms are spacious and well-ventilated. All are equipped with smartboards, projectors, comfortable seating and proper lighting. Wi-Fi is available in academic sections as well as in the hostel. The library has sufficient resources that are maintained. Hostel rooms are good. Mess food is good.
Faculty: All the faculty members are qualified and supportive. They always helped students. Some faculty use modern teaching methods like PPT. Curriculum included lab sessions and workshops. They focused on both theoretical and practical subjects. Exams are conducted fairly and on schedule.

I think that overall, college is good.
Placements: Placement rate in MANET is good, as many cadets get placement in good companies and are taking about top companies like MOL, BW, etc. The average packages from the companies are good. MANET cadets have a good placement percentage based on their skill, talent and execution under the guidance of MANET faculty members.
Infrastructure: MANET provides various opportunities in every section, like cultural events, sports, academics, and extracurricular activities. They provide active participation of every cadet for their development. Talking about food, facilities, discipline and environment in the hostel as well as the academic campus, it is very good and very disciplined.
Faculty: The teaching and non-teaching staff are both very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. The teaching faculty members are very punctual and clear all concepts, and it is really very admirable to have such good staff. The exams conducted in our maritime college are moderate, and they cover all the concepts. The passing percentage of our course for the 1st and 2nd year is 60% and for the 3rd year is 70%.
Other: I chose B.Sc. as my course because I am not much interested in machinery, so I prefer to be on deck instead of being in machinery, and it is difficult to understand such a course that I am not interested in. Also, I think I can give my 100% in the course that I like instead of doing it forcefully.

General courses in the BBA discipline.
Placements: Personalized services are provided for placements based on students' interests. The packages offered would likely start from 2.89 LPA for a year and end with 17.45 LPA for a year. For all the disciplines of BBA, the packages would differ based on the hiring factors of the approaching companies.
Infrastructure: Estimated fee structure for all courses is below ₹4 Lacs for the entire duration, and this includes hostel and other charges. The random announcements regarding various events being conducted are often an issue. Students are allowed to participate if they truly show their willingness.
Faculty: It's a big deal for students to manage teachers and their questioning during examinations. They have a principle of evaluating papers in front of students by asking for a proper explanation from us. Teachers work incredibly hard for the students to help
