It's a good, normal university, don't expect too many placements, they are limited.

Placements: About 80% of the students were being placed. The highest package was 60 LPA, and the average package is 5 LPA. The recent top recruiting company is cognizant. The roles offered in the course are Software Engineering and web development. In my opinion, there should be more roles offered in this department.

Infrastructure: Our Wi-Fi is good, labs were fine and classrooms are spacious and we have a great library. One of the greatest infrastructures in our university. And coming to facilities in the hostel is fine, mess and canteen are mid-level. In our university, there is a great scope regarding sports and games.

Faculty: Teachers support us, and they teach pretty well. Course is relevant to curriculum. Our semester exams were mostly mid-level, sometimes it's tough. The pass percentage is very low as they were conducting online exams. But the last sem pass percentage is almost 90% as it was an offline exam.

Other: As the industry is all about software development, I chose this course. I should improve my skills and explore different career options. Our college conducts a huge fest named Mohana Mantra.

Good faculty and poor facilities.

Placements: I am currently pursuing B.Tech in the stream of information technology at Mohan Babu University in Tirupati. The percentage of students placed is 50%. My course offers the highest package of 60 LPA, an average of 6 LPA, and the lowest 3 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Google and Microsoft. The percentage of students who got internships is 40%. An engineering role is offered.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is not good, only sometimes they provide internet access, and that is very slow. Coming to classroom, it is okay. Library is one of the best infrastructures in Andhra Pradesh. Coming to the hostel, after 12 AM, there is no access to the internet, and we, as students, complain about food, but they are not taking our points.

Faculty: For programming languages, the faculty was very nice. Course is relevant. From this sem onwards, we have programming exams online, so it is very difficult. The pass percentage is 85-95%. This sem is so difficult that we are having 3 languages in the semester (DSA, Python, C++).

Other: I got a seat in this course through EAMCET. Only we have Mohan Matra in the month of October, that's all and coming to events, they conduct every week, both on technical and non-technical.

If you join this college you will regret, later you will definitely miss your campus life.

Placements: Only 25 percent of students are placed according to our course. The highest package is 60 LPA offered by Amazon. The average package was 5.8 LPA for the year 2023. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Google, HCL, and Infosys. 80 percent of students got internships from my course. Roles offered are software developer and software engineer.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the university is good. Library is the center of attraction. Wi-Fi is very poor nowadays. Classrooms are good. The facilities in the hostel are bad. The food in the mess and canteen is very bad. The medical facilities are good. Sports and game facilities are very good.

Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified, helpful, and not so knowledgeable. The teaching quality is average. The course curriculum is not sufficient to make the students industry-ready. Semester exams in this college are easy to pass. The pass percentage is 95 percent but recently they have implemented online exams for coding subjects which are difficult to pass, and it has been reduced to 10 percent.

Other: MBU hosts its flagship easy-to-spot techno-cultural festival Mohana Mantra (typically in October), which attracts students from many colleges. For example, the 2024 edition had over 16,000 participants from 50 colleges. Other theme events A 36-hour national hackathon, Samartha 2025 On smart solutions for a sustainable future held at MBU. The hands India on the cultural side events like Ugadi fest (celebration Telugu New Year) with mono acting, singing, etc. MBU Asian sports and recreation events are held like MBU's annual sports day, with track/field, cricket, volleyball, etc.

Our college is a very good.

Placements: Very good college. I have got a very good job. I have completed CSE in MBU College. The roles given for our branch are in the HR section. The highest package is 10 LPA, and the lowest is 1 LPA.

Infrastructure: In hostels, we have a very good atmosphere, with nice and spacious rooms. The cleanliness is very good. All basic requirements are well maintained. The food is very good with a variety of menu options, that we all like. We feel very safe in this college. This is a very good college.

Faculty: Faculty members are highly qualified. They teach us very well and are friendly with us. I like all of them, and we have very nice teachers. Because of them, I have gained very good skills.

Other: I have got a seat in our college in the CSE branch. I have improved my skills very well in this branch. Many events are conducted in our college, and I feel lucky. In our college, we have many technical events like workshops. I always love my college. I feel lucky to be here.
