Shri Gajanan Maharaj Sansthan Ayurved Mahavidyalaya Yavatmal (SGMSAM Yavatmal) is one of the reputed private ayurvedic colleges in Maharashtra. It was established in 1992. The Gajanan Maharaj Ayurvedic College is affiliated with the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik, and is approved by the Central Council of Indian Medicines. Duration: 5 and 1/2 years (including 1 year of compulsory internship). Eligibility: Students must have passed the 10 + 2 standard with science (PCB) or any other examination recognized as equivalent to the same and with English as one of the languages. You must have achieved a minimum of 50 percent marks in the aggregate of the relevant science subject (PCB) in the 12th standard examination. Admission process: Students are admitted to the BAMS course on the merit basis obtained in the NEET conducted by NTA. Candidates shall apply/enroll on the AYUSH Admissions Central Counseling Committee website. The college cut-off is decided by the selection board. The merit list is based on the results of NEET. If you belong to the SC/ST/OBC category, then you have to score a 40 percentile in the NEET exam. If you belong to the UR category, then you have to score 50 percentile in the NEET exam. The college cutoff has not yet been declared. For more information, you can visit the college or participate in counseling. After participating in counseling, just wait for one or two weeks for the college cut-off. It will be declared soon.

To apply for a BSc at  the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) candidates must qualify for the NEET UG exam. NTA reopened the NEET 2024 application correction process from April 11 to April 12, 2024, 11.50 PM. The NEET 2024 application form-filling process was completely online. The process is divided into three to four steps, which were as follows:

• Filling up the NEET Registration 2024 form and generating the password
• Logging in with the NEET 2024 registration details such as username and password 
• Filling the NEET form
• Document Upload
• Payment of Fees

However, for few BSc cousre admission is based on the last qualifying exam. Candidates must have a valid eligibility criteria and apply via the MUHS official website. Candidates can follow the below steps to apply:

Step 1: Visit the official website.

Step 2: Click on the tab indicating the application form.

Step 3: Read all the instructions and register with personal details such as name, contact details, password, etc. to generate the application number and password.

Step 4: After the credentials are generated, log in and fill the application form with personal and educational details, exam medium and exam city preference and photograph and signature upload.

Step 5: Complete the application process by paying an adequate amount of application fee.

 

The BSc placement opportunities at MUHS details for the 2023 batch are not yet released officially. However, according to student reviews on Shiksha platform, the highest and average package offered during the recent MUHS placements stood at INR 10 LPA and INR 4 LPA, respectively. BSc Nursing at MUHS Nashik is a three year course program and to pursue this course one should complete his or her intermediate with 60 to 95 percentage and cut off is 50 to 85 percentage. The fee structure is 7560 to 12750 per year and even scholarship is provided.

The MUHS Nashik BSc course fee range from INR 8,000 to INR 5.2 lakh. Candidates must make sure to pay the course fee to finalise the admission. The BSc fee might include components other than the tuition fees.  Candidates are required to pay INR 50,000 caution money. Further, MUHS offers a limited number of seats for all its programmes via its affiliated colleges. 

MUHS is a government university. It is one of the top universities for studying both modern medicine methods and Indian Systems of Medicine. The university was established in 1998 by the state [Government of Maharashtra] through an ordinance. The MUHS Nashik NEET PG cutoff 2025 for the OBC AI category ranged between 12863 and 50475, wherein Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical College was the hardest college for admission. 

In contrast, the easiest college for admission was Indira Gandhi Government Medical College and Hospital, Nagpur for this category. Please keep in mind that different categories, quotas, rounds, etc., will have different cutoffs. 

The MUHS NEET PG cutoff 2025 has been released for all rounds and categories under the All India quota. 

For the General AI category, the last round cutoff ranks ranged between 125 and 3324, wherein Seth Gordhandas Sunderdas Medical College and KEM Hospital was the hardest college for admission.
