NALSAR University of Law, don’t offer admission to BA LLB and LLM programmes without a valid CLAT score. Candidates looking forward to practising law in India, are required to clear the All India Bar Exam (AIBE) that is conducted by BCI. On clearing the AIBE exam, lawyers are awarded a ‘Certificate of Practice’ which is mandatory for practising the profession as an advocate in India. However, aspirants who wish to apply for MBA or BBA may not require CLAT and can get admission based on other accepted entrance exams.
As per the eligibility criteria specified by NALSAR University, the minimum required aggregate ranges between 45% and 50%. Hence, aspirants with 60% in Class 12 have a chance of getting admission in the university. Besides, candidates also need to qualify the accepted entrance exam. Aspirants wishing to pursue BA LLB (Hons) must appear for CLAT. For BBA, aspirants with IPMAT, JIPMAT or CLAT score can apply for admission.
Aspirants are offered seat in NALSAR University of Law top courses such as BA LLB (Hons) and LLM based on CLAT score. - In respect of the candidate who does not turn-up for the interview/ on the date notified by the university for document verification, 10% of the tuition fee is retained by the university and the balance amount
