    Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeetha (RSVP) is a university that offers a variety of courses in Sanskrit studies, traditional Shastras, and pedagogy. Some of the best courses at RSVP include: 
     
    Sahitya, Vyakarana, Jyotisha, Nyaya, Advaita Vedanta, Vishistadvaita Vedanta, Sanskrit Manuscriptology and Palaeography, Dharmashastra, Education, Davita Vedanta, Agama, Puranetihasa
     
    RSVP also offers a 15-week course on the Vedas and Srimad-Bhagavad-Gita. 
     
    RSVP was established under section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956. It is funded by the Ministry of Human Resource Development through UGC. 
    Q:   What is the application process for B.Sc at National Sanskrit University?
    A: 

    Candidates can apply for BSc programmes either by post, online or in person. The application form and prospectus can be obtained in person, by post or online. The online NSKTU BSc application process is elaborated below:

    Step 1: Candidates must visit the 'admission section' on the official website of the University.

    Step 2: Candidates should get themselves registered on the portal.

    Step 3: Fill in the personal and, educational information.

    Step 4: Submit the documents.

    Step 5: Pay the National Sanskrit University BSc application fees of INR 200.

    Application by Post: To obtain the application form through post, candidates need to pay the application fees through a DD that is drawn in favour of Registrar, Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeetha, payable at Tirupati. By post-DD amount is INR 250. Candidates seeking admission should send the application in the prescribed form. The application form should be filled in by the applicant in his/ her handwriting. The declaration must be signed by the candidate and by the parent or guardian.

    Q:   What is the duration of B.Sc at National Sanskrit University?
    A: 

    BSc in Yoga and, BSc in Computers programmes at National Sanskrit University are three-years (six/ eight semesters) course at UG level. One who exits at the end of the first year will be issued Certificate in the specialised and concerned subjects. One who exits at the end of second year will be issued a Diploma in the specialised and concerned subjects.

The university has the right to withdraw or disqualify any student to draw the scholarship at any point of time due to misbehavior.
