Nirma University BTech Eligibility & Highlights 2026
Nirma University BTech is of four-year duration, divided into eight semesters. It is one of the top universities for BTech courses in the state of Gujarat. NU offers Technology courses under its Institute of Technology. The course is offered in eight specialisations, including Computer Science & Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, etc.
Nirma University BTech admission is based on merit in JEE/ GUJCET apart from fulfilling the minimum eligibility. The university prepares the final merit list as per the guidelines issued by ACPC. The seat allotment is done by State Quota Seats – ACPC, All India Seats, and NRI-NRI Sponsored seats. Nirma University also offers BTech through lateral entry. Admission to BTech through lateral entry (allowed only in the second year) is governed by ACPC.
The university also offers an Integrated BTech (CSE) - MBA course of five-year duration. Students are shortlisted based on their JEE Main scores and are called for personal interviews (PI).
