Nirma University BTech Eligibility & Highlights 2025
Nirma University BTech courses of four-year duration, divided into eight semesters. This university is considered as one of the top universities for BTech courses in the state of Gujarat. It offers Technology courses under its Institute of Technology. The course is offered in eight specialisations, including Computer Science & Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, etc.
Nirma University BTech admission is based on merit in the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE)/GUJCET apart from fulfilling the minimum eligibility. Additionally, the university prepares the final merit list following the guidelines issued by ACPC. The seat allotment is done by State Quota Seats – ACPC, All India Seats, and NRI-NRI Sponsored seats. Nirma University also offers BTech through lateral entry. Admission to BTech through lateral entry (allowed only in the second year) is governed by ACPC.
Further, the university also offers an Integrated BTech (CSE)-MBA course of five-year duration. For this course, students are shortlisted based on their JEE Main scores and are called for personal interviews (PI). The final selection is done based on performance in JEE Main, personal interview, and academic performance in Class 12.

Nirma University BTech Application Process 2025: Important Documents
The documents that a students must keep with themselves while filling out the Nirma University BTech application form are:

2: Shortlisting of Students

Yes, Nirma University BTech curriculum includes summer internship. The students get to do a summer internship of eight to ten weeks at the end of the first year. Yes, candidates can join the BPharm course without valid NEET scores. Because Nirma University also accepts different entrance examination scores for admission to the BPharm course, such as GUJCET/Merit, etc. Thus, NEET is one of the accepted entrance examinations for admission to the BPharm course.

Having 89-91 percentile of JEE Main, the general category is not expected to get CSE in best NITs (such as Trichy, warangal).
