Review of Institute of Technology, Nirma University.

Placements: Placements of the college are pretty fine enough compared to other colleges. However, the placements vary from different branches and courses the highest for CSE and the lowest is for civil engineering. 7 LPA is the average of combined branches with the highest average of 10 LPA or CSE.

Infrastructure: Hindi college campus is well-equipped with the latest classrooms equipped with smart boards. The laboratories are recruited with the latest instruments. The college campus is about 105 acres big with very good sports facilities. There are three canteens in the college.

Faculty: The university is NAAC and NBA accredited. University has professors with high educational levels and their content delivery is also very good. The course curriculum is very relevant and is applied on the basis of today's industrial knowledge. University follows the method of continuous evaluation for examination purposes.

Other: University is very popular among the Gujarat people and also the university of a variety of courses which provides durability and greater wide range of selection. The events and fests on the campus are also very good. The disciplinary action taken by the authority is a must for student discipline.

Review of NIRMA UNIVERSITY .

Placements: Every year, up to 85% of students were placed in B.Tech in chemical. In the current year (2024), around 93% of students were placed in our branch with an average package of 7 LPA and the highest package of 13 LPA. There are a total of up to 80 companies that provide recruitment with high salaries and other great facilities.

Infrastructure: Have very good facilities like modern classrooms with air conditioning, projectors, lights, and new-style benches and chairs. The hostel fee is around 80000 per year and have the best food quality and other facilities. There are also many sports activities here that will help you to participate at the national level easily.

Faculty: We have a 3-component exam in which 0.3, 0.4, and 0.3 marks will be calculated to make the CGPA. First are 3 class tests, in which the best of 2 will be considered. Then a sessional exam (mid-semester) will be conducted with 60 marks. At last, but not least, the semester end exam will be conducted.

Other: I chose B.Tech in chemical because there are very few colleges that have a chemical branch for engineering, and Nirma has one and is very reputed as well as highly valued.

It is an excellent college for those students who study well.

Placements: Around 90% of students are placed in this course. The highest salary package offered in our course is 18 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 1.8 LPA. The average salary package offered is 7 LPA. Reliance is the top recruiting company. Its interview is very difficult to pass without preparation.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are very good. The library is excellent. The playground is huge and natural. The food quality is good. The food is not expensive. There is an auditorium to conduct new activities. The infrastructure is excellent.

Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable and helpful to all students. They are well educated. It is very difficult to pass the semester-end examinations. Only students who prepare well get good marks.

It is the best college for chemical engineering in Gujarat.

Placements: Around 85-90% of students get placed every year. Some of the top recruiting companies are Adani Enterprise, Argi Chemicals, Atul Chemicals, Amns India Ltd., etc. Internships are also offered in our college. The highest salary package offered was around 8 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 3 LPA. The average salary package offered ranges from 4 LPA to 5.5 LPA.

Infrastructure: Our university provides good facilities. The infrastructure is also good. Our campus is surrounded by trees. There are many blocks for different departments. Wi-Fi is available, and the speed is average. Projectors and air-conditioners are available in the classrooms. There is a huge library, and it contains all books. Medical facilities are also available. Sports activities like intra-branch and inter-branch competitions are also conducted.

Faculty: Our teachers are very helpful and highly qualified. Few of them are Ph.D. scholars. Our course curriculum is good, and it gives deep information about the technology used in industries. The relationships between faculty members and students are good. The semester-end exams are moderate, and the pass percentage is 88-93%.

Other: I opted for this course because it has a good future. There are huge scopes in this branch like renewable resources and materials that are used in industries. Our university organises at least 2-3 cultural events. Scholarships are also provided to merit students.

Placements: About 90% of students got placed every year from the Nirma under the B.Tech chemical branch. The top recruiting companies are the Reliance chemical, Adani limited, Tata steel, GFCL, Narmada fertilizers, etc., The highest package offered is 8 LPA, while the lowest package is 3 LPA and the average package is 4-5 LPA. Around 100%student got internships every year in the above-recruited companies.

Infrastructure: The campus of Nirma University is a mind-blowing and fantastic and deep natural feeling in the campus. The infrastructural facilities provide the Nirma university with the best classroom with the projector and air-conditioners fitted in all classes. The campus provides Wi-Fi facilities both on campus and in class and the best library which provides all books related to the subject.

Faculty: Teachers are always helpful in every aspect of problems. Teachers are well qualified and have a Ph.D. degree from the IITs/NITs and 5-6 research patent, etc., The Course curriculum provide the basic information used in the future, in the first year and from the second year, the subject related to chemical engineering starts. The Semester end exams are at a moderate level and the pass percentage is around 90-92%.

Other: I have chosen this course because the chemical engineering is the core branch in every field and has a bright future due to the increasing needs for foods, non-renewable resources, materials, etc., The latest event in Nirma was the Anveshan 2022 for whole technology students, and the other like Chemfusion for chemicals engineering students and many more. Scholarships provide three types merit scholarship, merit cum scholarship, and interest-free student loan, and also earn while you learn scheme.
