Students who want to take admission to LLM at NLU Delhi must fulfill the eligibility criteria. Students must have passed the L.L.B. or an equivalent degree from an accredited university with a minimum of 50% overall (45% for SC, ST, and disabled students). The National Law School of India University (NLSIU) accepts students from the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) for admission to its LL.M. program. The eligibility criteria for the LL.M. programme at NLSIU include an LL.B. Degree or an equivalent examination with a minimum of 50% marks for General category and 45% marks for SC/ST category. The CLAT score is an essential factor for admission to the LL.M. programme at NLSIU. As per the information available, there is no specific mention of a minimum CLAT score requirement for the LL.M. programme at NLSIU. However, the competition for admission to the LL.M. programme is high, and a competitive CLAT score is necessary to enhance the chances of securing admission. As per the general analysis, a CLAT score of 75 or above can be considered competitive for admission to the LL.M. programme at NLSIU

Candidates can follow the below steps as the National Law University, Delhi application process for LLM programme:

1. Candidates need to visit the official website of NLU Delh.
2. Click on 'Register to Apply Now' where you need to create a signup/ login account by providing required details.
3. Click on confirm registration, and log in again to fill the application form using your registered email address and password. 
4. Select the BA LLB (Hons) course.
5. On successfully creating the AILET login account, candidates can fill the form to complete the application process of NLU Delhi admissions. 
6. Candidates need to upload their photograph and signature. 

National Law University, Delhi LLM admission 2025 dates were out. The 2024 admission were concluded with release of the final merit list. As per the NLU dates notifications, the registration for AILET 2025 exam was started on August 1, 2024,  on the official AILET Portal. 

The exam date for All India Law Entrance Test is December 8, 2024. The AILET 2025 application form will be released for admission to BA LLB, LLM and PhD in Law courses.

No, direct admission to the LLM programme at NLU Delhi is not available. All candidates, except for those applying under the Foreign Nationals category, are required to appear in the AILET exam for admission to NLU Delhi. Admission is based on AILET scores and subsequent counseling rounds, with final admission confirmed after document verification and fee payment.

NLUD published the AILET 2025 Admission Notification on May 27, 2024, on the official website, nludelhi.ac.in. The notification contains the important dates related to AILET 2025.

NLU Delhi conducts its own entrance exam for admission to the All India Law Entrance Test (AILET). It offers admission to undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs.

The AILET application form is released in online mode on nationallawuniversitydelhi. in. The application fee for general people is INR 3,500, for PwD its INR 1,500, for SC/ST INR 1,500 and those who are below the poverty line (BPL) are exempt from paying the application fee that is they don't have to pay any application fee to appear in the exam. 

The exam mode of AILED is offline. The duration of this exam is 1hour 30minutes.

NLU Delhi LLM cutoff 2025 has been released up to second round. Based on AILET round 2, the cutoff score for admission to the LLM course is 42 for the students belonging to General category in the AII India quota. For the OBC category students, the cutoff was released for round 1, wherein the score is 146. Tabulated below is the category-wise AILET cutoff score 2025 for LLM programme: 

NLU Delhi admissions will begin soon for the next year. AILET 2026 application for admission to BA LLB (Hons) and LLM courses will begin on Aug 1, 2025. Further, the AILET 2026 exam will be held on Dec 7, 2025.

The university accepts the admission on the basis of valid score in AILET. Before applying, candidates must fulfil the certain eligibility criteria for their desired course.
