Getting admission to Oriental University for a BSc is not very difficult. There is no entrance exam required to get admitted into the programme. The minimum aggregate in Class 12 required to be eligible for BSc admission at the university is also not very high. Candidates need to secure a minimum of 50% in Class 12 to be eligible to apply for various BSc courses. Oriental University starts accepting early bird registrations for various programmes typically in February. The early bird registration for BSc at the university commenced on Feb 2026. This was the first round of admission. It was followed by various other rounds based on the availability of seats. The fourth round of admission is currrently ongoing.

Oriental Unversity provides various scholarships to BPharma students. These scholarships are provided under the OU-Aspire scholarships programme of the university. NTA has announced the JEE Main 2026 exam date for session 2. JEE Main 2026 session 2 exam will be held from April 2, 2026, to April 9, 2026. JEE Main 2026 session 2 registration will start in the last week of January 2026. The JEE Main Application Form 2026 session 2 will be available on the website jeemain.nta.nic.in. The JEE 2026 session 1 exam will be conducted from Jan 21, 2026, to Jan 30, 2026.

Candidates can check the JEE Main 2026 exam date allotted to them on their city intimation slip and JEE Main admit card. Candidates have to download the city intimation slip and admit card from the official website as per the schedule

Oriental University starts the registration for BPharma in February. This is a tentative date. Students must check the Oriental University website for admission notification. Students must meet the minimum eligibility criteria for admission to B.Pharma at Oriental University. Passed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board with English as one of the subjects and Physics, Chemistry, and Math (PCM) or Biology, Physics, Chemistry (BPC) as optional subjects can apply.

The University offers 100% placement assistance to its students. As per the official brochure, 886 placements were made during the academic year 2024-25. However, the placement sessioon is still ongoing. Earlier, the highest and average packages offered during the 2024 drive were INR 72 LPA and INR 5.30 LPA, respectively.
