Getting admission to Oriental University for a BSc is not very difficult. There is no entrance exam required to get admitted into the programme. The minimum aggregate in Class 12 required to be eligible for BSc admission at the university is also not very high. Candidates need to secure a minimum of 50% in Class 12 to be eligible to apply for various BSc courses. Candidates just need to ensure that they meet the preset eligibility criteria and timely register for the counselling rounds on the university's official website.

Oriental University starts accepting early bird registrations for various programmes typically in February. The early bird registration for BSc at the university commenced on Feb 2026. This was the first round of admission. It was followed by various other rounds based on the availability of seats. The fourth round of admission is currrently ongoing. 

Oriental University offers several BTech courses. The university accepts applicants based on valid scores in the accepted entrance test. The university provides the following BTech specialisations:

Oriental Unversity provides various scholarships to BPharma students. These scholarships are provided under the OU-Aspire scholarships programme of the university. Oriental University starts the registration for BPharma in February. This is a tentative date. Students must check the Oriental University website for admission notification. Students must meet the minimum eligibility criteria for admission to B.Pharma at Oriental University. Passed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board with English as one of the subjects and Physics, Chemistry, and Math (PCM) or Biology, Physics, Chemistry (BPC) as optional subjects can apply.
