Panjab University offers financial assistance or concessions to it through offering scholarships under need or merit basis. The University also provides scholarships on the basis of some eligibility requirements. In which, applicants of reserved category are allowed to receive scholarship in the category of Merit-cum-means scholarship of SC/ ST. Such scholarships are awarded to deserving students and guarantee a minimum of 50% marks or similar in any past test.
