BEET Syllabus 2025: The exam body Patna University prescribes the BEET 2025 syllabus and candidates who are planning to appear in the exam are advised to go through the syllabus while preparing. As per the official notification of the exam, the syllabus consists of the subjects, topics, and sub-topics on which the question paper will be based. As per the syllabus of BEET 2025, the subjects on which the question paper will be based are - General English Comprehension, Logical & Analytical Reasoning, Educational & General Awareness, and Subject Competence in the Science/Arts/Commerce streams. BEET Syllabus 2025

The BEET Exam for admission to the one-year B.Ed Course will be conducted by Patna Training College for Men and Patna Women’s Training College. A list of successful candidates who qualify for this test will be prepared in order of merit and the College will admit candidates based on the merit list provided by the University.

Note:

(i) All the questions of Part–A and Part–B are compulsory

(ii) Questions will be of objective multiple choice type

(iii) Merit list shall be prepared on the basis of the total scores (Part–A & Part–B) obtained by the candidate in the Entrance Test

(iv) In case of a tie arising out of equal scores obtained by two or more than two candidates, their merit shall be determined in the following order

(a) Marks obtained in B.A./ B.Sc./B.Com. Hons. or equivalent examination

(b) Marks obtained in Intermediate or equivalent examination

(c) Marks obtained in Matriculation or equivalent examination

(d) Senior by age

1. The questions in Part-B will be based on the school curriculum up to the level of Class–XII as prescribed by Bihar School Examination Board, Patna/Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi/Indian Council for Secondary Education, New Delhi or equivalent examining bodies.

2. Candidates will have to choose only one subject from any of the faculties mentioned in Part–B (Section – V) of the Entrance Test.

3. All the test questions will be given in a composite test booklet-cum-answer sheet. The answers to the questions asked in Part–A and Part–B should be given by selecting the correct choice of objective type multiple-choice questions.

BEET Exam Pattern 2025

As per the official exam pattern of the BEET exam, the exam will be conducted in offline mode and the questions will be in objective type, multiple choice format. There will be 5 sections in the exam. There will be 100 questions in the exam and each question will carry 1 mark each making it 100 marks total. The time duration will be 2 hours and there will be no negative marking in the exam.
