Honest review of Pimpri Chinchwad University (PCU).
Placements: Currently, only 10 students are placed from MCA department this year but still now campusing is going. Many companies like TCS, Wipro, HCL Tech, Blinkit, Core Integra, Aloha Technology, etc. The highest package is 50 LPA. Minimum salary is 20 LPA. Minimum 50 percent of students got internships.
Infrastructure: Currently, I am an MCA student at PCU. Here, the facilities of labs are too updated and Wi-Fi is available all the time. Library with huge books and many authors is there. On this campus, you will get a Nescafe outlet with a huge canteen. For emergency in one building medical facilities are there.
Faculty: At PCU, all faculty members are knowledgeable and supportive. They also guide like family. They said to every student that the success of future so it motivates every student. Pass percentage in the exam is 40 percent. But exam question level is too standard.
Other: I chose this course to upskill my skills for career. There are too much events organized by college and also club. But there are no scholarship facilities, I think that should be added.

Absolutely good autonomous college, with good placements in 2021, and excellent ambience.
Placements: About placement from the last year, it is said to get 90% of campus placement. Highest package until now is 61 LPA, average package is 5 LPA, and below average it's 3 LPA. Recruiters such as Bajaj, IBM, and Whirlpool recruit students. Top roles like HR, Manager, etc., have been offered to the skilled students.
Infrastructure: It's an underdeveloped college that still has great infrastructure with good ambience and a healthy environment to grow. Girls' hostels are built on the campus, and boys' hostels are built outside. Canteen food is delicious, while sports department helps with physical growth.
Faculty: Faculty members are helpful throughout the year with all support, they are trained to maintain healthy relationships between students and teachers, and solve silly questions. There are 3 exams, including the end-of-semester exam, and after each semester, there are backlog papers, and also a summer term exam, which is the last chance to cover up the backlogs. Exam difficulty level can be considered as moderate.
Other: Choosing this course was already decided. Nothing to improve other than building infrastructure and attractions at the college. Extra-curricular activities have been held with lots of excitement. Campus crowd can be considered the center of attraction. Campus is situated near mountains with beautiful nature around.

My review of this college.
Placements: My internship period was very good, and I worked on a final year project about online property portals. During this time, I received a stipend of ₹5,000 per month for 6 months. Placements are good here, with companies like TCS, Accenture, Nomura, Google, Microsoft, JP Morgan, Capgemini, and others visiting the campus. I recommend visiting this campus. Nearly 80% of students get placed. The average package ranges from ₹2.5 to ₹5.0 LPA. The companies have also introduced new interview levels, where they conduct practical coding tests through tasks to evaluate performance.
Infrastructure: Course curriculum is really good and designed to prepare students well for the corporate environment. The only downside is that the syllabus can be quite hectic. The first four semesters are full-time on campus, while in the last two semesters, students can either do internships with companies for three days a week and attend college for two days, or, if they don’t find an internship, they can work on in-house projects. Separate hostel and mess facilities are available for boys and girls, serving only vegetarian food. There is 24-hour water and electricity supply, and the overall environment is very good.
Faculty: Faculty at my college is mostly amazing and wonderful, though a few are not very good. Many teachers are very knowledgeable and friendly, always trying to help us improve our skills and understanding. Lectures are held regularly, and the syllabus is usually completed on time. Exams include both internal and external (university) tests, and they can be quite challenging. However, internal marks often seem to be given based on favoritism, regardless of how well you perform. Practical exams are much more relaxed and easier.

A place to grow and shine.
Placements: Hi there, I would like to elaborate a little about my college. First of all, I am a second-year B.Tech student in the CSE (AI & ML) branch at Pimpri Chinchwad University, Pune. I am enriched by the vibrant culture of PCU- a great combination of learning, leading and innovation together. Secondly, about the placements, if I talk about that (not in my branch), but for one of the branches, they have cracked an annual package of 61 LPA. The average I talk about is around 7 LPA-10 LPA.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are spacious and airy providing a good atmosphere to make students engage with the teaching. Labs are also very good, and the library does contain useful information about every topic. About the hostel, it is way more than you expect. Providing a great environment of nature and friendly staff to engage with students and maintain discipline. Providing every facility like medical, sports, canteen, good mess, and many more. Topmost is the security of it.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and friendly creating a good communication between students to ask anything without hesitation and fear. They provide every study material that is enough to crack exams. Curriculum is relevant with the topics and so the ways to make students learn about them. The difficulty level of the exams is moderate. It depends on student to student that how they are learning things.
Other: Events and fests organized here are fabulous. I had chosen this course as it becomes the basic demand of the upcoming IT industry.

College is good. The only downside is the canteen, leaving that aside, everything else is good
Placements: 98% of students have been placed in our courses, with the lowest package ranging from 1,70,000 to the highest at 2,80,000. Top recruiting companies like Google, Dtcox, Amazon, and plenty of others visit, while above 60-70% of students got internships during their academic year, with many roles that are hard to explain.
Infrastructure: College facilities are quite good, but the hostels are not so good, and their food is just okay, not too good. The college canteen is the worst, not even hygienic. There are 2 canteens in our college, one is average, and the other is the worst, just a waste of money. The mess outside the hostel in the college is good, tasty, and nice, but the mess located inside the hostel is the worst.
Faculty: Faculty members are too good and experienced. They are friendly and supportive, just amazing. Their teaching and techniques are too good. I think it's the best college for students to have such a great faculty. About the semester, it's not difficult when you have such facilities. The passing percentage is based on credit score, and the passing credit score we need is above 24.
Other: Events are good, they invite celebrities. College management is excellent and campus is surrounded by hills in calm places.

PCU is the best university for studying.
Placements: PCU is the new University. I am pursuing a B.Tech now, and I am in 3rd year. We won't have any idea about placements. Next year, we will get to know because some students completed their diploma and joined PCU in 2nd year so they are now in 4th year, and that batch will get placed in 2026. PCU comes under PCET's trust. PCET's trust provides the best placements as well as high payment placements to students. Here PCU is under PCET's trust so all students will get placed in top companies. This university provides internships to students.
Infrastructure: PCU has good facilities, and it provides Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and the library. I don't have an idea of the hostel. From hostel friends, I got to know that PCU provides the best hostel, 24-hour water supply, and electricity. Mess is also good. PCU provides ground in the hostel so that students can play sports.
Faculty: Faculty members at PCU are excellent. They are helpful and supportive. The best teachers are there in PCU. It provides the syllabus of each degree which is updated. The syllabus is the latest and useful for students in the future. Semester exams are moderate. PCU faculty members are excellent.
Other: I am pursuing a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering. Through this course, we get detailed knowledge of CS programming languages and get high-paying jobs. Many events and fests are arranged in PCU, and all events and fests are the best. The crowd of PCU is good. Campus surroundings are the best.
