Pros and Cons of Poornima University, Jaipur .

Placements: The total number of students in BBA is more than 1000. In my specialization, which is Banking and finance, there are 60–80 students. The average Package of the course is around 2-3 LPA. The highest package of the college is 45 LPA. Students get their internships either by college or outside in the 2nd–3rd year. Students from Poornima University works in companies like Google, Infosys, Amazon, etc.

Infrastructure: infrastructure of the college is very good. There are libraries in almost every department and availability of books, journals, etc. Can be checked from mobile device, which is a major convenience. There are Computer labs with Wi-Fi facility. There are many grounds for sports like football, American football, badminton, volleyball, etc.

Faculty: All teachers are qualified enough to teach the subjects they are teaching. Most are average, but some teachers have an exceptionally great teaching style. There are theory subjects + practical subjects, which provide students with enough knowledge to step into the industry. Exam levels are easy-moderate (except end-of-semester exams). Exams are very frequent—almost every month—which is a little harsh on students.

Other: In BBA and B.Com courses, there is alot of practical knowledge one can gain from festivals, events, conferences, etc. There are many of these events in Poornima University, with Lakshay ( annual festival) being the main attraction. There are many clubs students can join according to their Interests like sports club, finance clubs, research clubs, art clubs, etc. Availability of many scholarships schemes on various basis: on the basis of 12th marks, Sports, children of defence personnel, children of faculty members, etc. The one improvement should be education in the frequency of exams and lower attendance requirements.

Poornima University is overall a very good university to start your future preparation.

Placements: From my batch, almost everyone got placed. The highest package is 8 LPA, the average package is 4 to 5 LPA, and the lowest package is 3 LPA. Genpact, Bajaj, Teleperformance, AU Small Finance Bank, etc. are the top recruiters. The percentage of students who got internships from my course was above 90%.

Infrastructure: The facility and infrastructure are good. There are good and clean classrooms, the Wi-Fi is also provided all over the campus, and our library is also very good. It has a very good environment. The quality of food available in the mess and canteen is very good, and they keep it very hygienic. Everything they serve is fresh, and there are various and amazing facilities for games and sports. There are various sports like cricket, football, American football, badminton, basketball, volleyball, and many more.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful; they guide you at every step. They are qualified and knowledgeable. They are always ready to help students regarding studies. Yes, it makes the students industry ready. They provided various industrial visits. They also provide internship opportunities. They help students become industry ready. The difficulty level is good, and the pass percentage is 30%.

Earlier placements were good at Poornima University.

Placements: Around 30% of students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 30 LPA. The average salary package offered is around 4 LPA - 5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is around 3 LPA - 4 LPA. Most students did not placements through Poornima University. Only intelligent or capable students got jobs. Average students do not get placed.

Infrastructure: All facilities are available at this college. The infrastructure is good. The quality of the food is very bad. The infrastructure of hostels is bad. We have many computer labs in college, and this thing is good in our college. The college campus is big, so students can explore the whole campus and feel satisfied. Poornima Lakshay Hostel is very famous for its food.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful. The 3rd semester is hard. Teachers do not explain well. They are not good. They are not helpful. Exams are hard at Poornima University. Evaluation is done strictly.

Other: Banking and finance help me in future financial management better, so I chose this course.

Satisfied with infrastructure and faculty. Great learning, average placements, and fun events.

Placements: About 60% of students are placed in my course. The highest package goes up to 6 LPA, and the lowest is 2 LPA. Besides this, we get access to extra learning about leadership, management, and more.

Infrastructure: Hostels are best for girls, especially since rooms are highly maintained. The washrooms are super clean. However, the boys' hostel is not the same as the girls, their washrooms are not in healthy condition. The mess food is average. The medical facilities are the best. They provide sports activities in the evening, which are open to hostellers and day scholars.

Faculty: There is no doubt, teachers are super friendly and very helpful. Some of them literally try to help students with their feelings, and they make industry visits. The passing percentage is 40–50%, and it's not hard to ace if you study well. You get a family or friends vibe from teachers.

Other: The best part about this campus is that they teach us to be well-mannered and disciplined. Along with academics, they make us do many activities and teach us to maintain both at the same time. They also encourage us to participate in several activities that help our learning. Fun events are organized where celebrities like Paradox or Sunidhi Chauhan are invited, which also keeps students motivated.
