Really good infrastructure with good and educated teachers.

Placements: In my course there were more than 20 plus students. There were not many students so the class was silent and peaceful. The teachers were also friendly and good. The highest package was 13LPA and the lowest was 2Lpa so the average would be around 7.5 LPA. Top recruiting company such as syska, havells, tata fujifulm, hyundai, and such other companies. About 40 percent got to do internship in railway. Top roles offered are machines design and machines learning, 3d printing, AI and such.

Infrastructure: The facilities are really great it is very ambient and aesthetic. Our classroom has AC with good lighting and a projector too for visual learning. Although our local network was not good inside the campus but we were provided with Wi-Fi. We had access to books in the library we had two big libraries. The hostel facilities are good too, the security was tight and the food was also good, they offered variety of foods each day. The canteen also had delicacies although it was a bit overpriced. Medical facilities were also provided and sports and games were also held very frequently.

Faculty: Yes they were very helpful. Any doubts that the students had were cleared when asked, they also focus on the weak students. They were very knowledge and were well experienced in the field of education. Yes this course curriculum is very relevant. They have labs where we can get hands on experience and they take us on site visits also. The semester exams were fairly difficult but due to the teachers good teaching skills the exams went bery smoothly. For my batch the pass percentage is 90 percent.

Faculty members were not good at all, and they don't know how to teach. But they were friendly.

Placements: There were no placements at all for B.Tech students in 2017. Only 3-4 companies visited the campus, and even those companies offered a salary of Rs.15,000 per month. It is not the fault of the placement department. It is because most of the teachers aren't much knowledgeable to educate students. Students wasted more than seven lakhs for engineering, and all that money spent went in vain.

Infrastructure: The library available in our college was good. Classrooms look well. The college also provides good Wi-Fi facility. Labs are excellent here. As we moved to the next semesters, ACs have stopped working. The Wi-Fi connectivity is not that good, and it will stop working at times. There was no equipment in labs, especially IC engines.

Faculty: Most of the teachers are not knowledgeable except for one or two. The teaching methods used were disappointing too. The college didn't provide any industrial exposure during the 4 years of our course. There were around 60 students (students in both the sections combined) in the first year of the mechanical department. The strength of the students went down to 50 and 45 gradually. Only 15 students passed out from our batch in the end.

Royal school of engineering.

Placements: I was from mechanical. Out of the batch of 120 students, 3 of my classmates got placed in Amazon, Bangalore. There weren't any good MNC's or government organizations who came for recruitment. Moreover, one of my friend got an offer in Royal Enfield with a starting package of 5K/month. He didn't go for that. Later he also got placed in Amazon (walking).

Infrastructure: High quality infrastructure. Wi-Fi is not accessible for students, classrooms are good and well furnished with projector and air conditioner. Library is spacious. And the environment is good for study. Medical facility is also available, have gym for hostelers.

Faculty: Just like most college, some of the faculty members are good. Some were helpful, qualified. Method of study is theoretically. They will provide you notes for the whole year and at the end they will take exams. Lots of people got backlogs as a result have year loss. Around 25% people took 1 extra year to complete engineering.

Other: Concensio is a mega techno event. It's the best part of the college.

An average college, but it is good for average students.

Placements: Placements in our college were below average. The college does not have an active placement cell. Not many companies visited the college, only the local companies arrive to offer placements. They didn't provide the joining letters though after providing offer letter. Horizon Telecom company has come and conducted interviews, but the whole process was fake.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is the best. The college provides top-class facilities. The whole campus is centrally air-conditioned, and the classrooms have projectors. Labs are well-equipped. All the machinery was imported from other countries. The hostel facility was available inside the campus. A gym and canteen facilities are also available.

Faculty: The faculty in our college were not much experienced. They graduated recently. A very few faculty members hold PhD. Pedagogies involve classroom sessions and group assignments. The course curriculum was obsolete and not relevant to the industry.

I have experienced some best part of my college life at Royal Global University.

Placements: There is a lot of effort being made for the students by the placement cell. It is a booming institute and companies do the bank in for recruitment from the university in large numbers. Every year, there is an increment in the placement of students in different fields. The students of the university also attend the pool campus drives. The prominent companies who came for the placement include Indian Army, Hindustan Unilever, TCS, etc. There is an organised procedure which leads up to placement drive so that the students are well prepared and are most likely to be selected.

Infrastructure: It is the state of the art educational hub of the region, spreads over 16 acres. The present building is all geared up with new administrative block coming up. The classrooms are 60 seaters with full sound proof design and amphitheatre based. All the classrooms are equipped with a projector for PPT. The institute feature labs for a different subject as per the need of the curriculum. The library is very well maintained with almost 75k + books. The institute has its own medical corner to handle any emergency situation. For recreational activity and sports, it is second to none in the city of Guwahati among other colleges. It has facilities of all the conventional sports including the modern one.

Faculty: The faculty-student relationship is very cordial in the institute. It always lies in the hand of the student how they want to be treated. I have found all the possible help from my teachers and administration. The faculty members are all masters in their respective field of interest. The teacher often uses PPT for understanding and followed by numerical for better understanding. The curriculum is all up to the national standard. There is a frequent industrial visit for the industry exposure for the mechanical students.

Other: If anyone feels to excel in any other field of their interest, the Royal Global University provides the best platform to showcase talent. The annual fest organised is titled as Consensio. It is often visited by expert from different field of interest. The eminent personality like Dr APJ Abdul Kalam, Kapil Dev, etc., have all graced the institute with their interactions. It provides the department toppers with scholarships to encourage them.

One of the best leading universities in North East India, with great faculty and infrastructure.

Placements: Nice placement, multiple companies come for recruitment. Has a great faculty member. The college offers various placement drives with multiple reputed companies. Also offers a decent amount of salary. University also provides mentorship and training to the students.

Infrastructure: Nice hostel. Great campus with huge facilities. The college has a library and also consists of multiple blocks for each department. Classes contain hi-tech teaching facilities. Also, it has a modern classroom facility. So that students can get modern education facilities.

Faculty: As with great faculty, the location is also good, and the exam is organized properly. Placements are also good, the course price is affordable, the university has a nice campus and huge fest, the crowd is moderate, cand courses are valued for money. The huge infrastructure of the university has.

World-class infrastructure.

Placements: Even though I could not get a placement I had many opportunities to apply. Had a great experience. Learned many things during the interviews. The overall experience shaped me as an individual and a productive member of society. More than 40% of students were placed.

Infrastructure: Apart from occasional disagreement with fellow peers overall experience was very good. In terms of infrastructure, it is maybe one of the most advanced in India. Hostel life was good apart from no nonveg meal. Very friendly as well as strict faculty members. Helped us round the clock.

Faculty: It was a boarding school-type experience which I hated. Later on, I realized how important was that discipline and attendance, etc. Now that I am working in the corporate sector I realized how much the discipline is helping me in my day-to-day work.

Other: Being from a small village all the festivals in RGU helped me to open myself to my friends and to the world.
