Gauhati University offers BTech in multiple specialisations. BTech admission at Gauhati University is entrance-based, subject to fulfilment of the eligibility criteria. The eligibility criteria require the applicants to have passed Class 12 with an aggregate of at least 50%, with PCM and English as compulsory subjects. The minimum aggregate required for the SC and ST categories in Class 12 is 45% and 40%, respectively.
