The Faculty of Engineering and Computer Sciences at Sarala Birla University provides a comprehensive four-year undergraduate programme in Engineering and Technology. The university offers a diverse range of engineering disciplines, including Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science and Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering. • Invitation and Initiation: Invitations are extended to prospective companies by T&P Cell. Companies send the Job Description to T&P Cell and eligibility criteria is designed. Forms and CVs are collected from Students.
• In-campus/ Onine Placement Drive: Company Conducts Pre-Placement Talk. Company organises selection process, it may consists of- Skill / Aptitude / Psychomatric Assestment, etc. Final list of the selected students is announced
• Job Offer and its Acceptance: Post-Placement Discussion on Job Profile and Company's Policy,  Selected students receive Offer Letters

Established in 2017, Sarala Birla University (SBU) is a self-financed private unitary university, located in Ranchi, Jharkhand. The university was established by Bharat Arogya and Gyan Mandir through the Sarla Birla University Act, that was passed by the Jharkhand Legislative Assembly. The University is recognised by the Government of Jharkhand and is approved by UGC.
