I am satisfied with my college life, but it needs to improve placement facilities.
Placements: Placement opportunities in the agriculture course of SGT are very poor. Only 1 company visited here for the interview, and only 1 student got placed with a salary package of 3 LPA, which is not worthy. After that, none of the companies visited our college for placements. Students did not get internships also in the private sector.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and facilities are up to the mark. I gave 4 stars out of 5 stars for it because the Wi-Fi network is not stable everywhere. Labs and classrooms are very good. In the hostel mess and canteen, the quality of food served is nice. Medical facilities and sports are great.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are highly qualified and knowledgeable. They all have done PhD from reputed colleges. They are helpful and understanding in nature. The course curriculum is relevant, but placement facilities are poor. Semester exams are not very hard, and if you study moderately, you will pass and get good marks. You need to score 50% of the marks to pass the semester exams.
Other: The fee structure is very high in every course. Internship and placement facilities are poor, and I wish they would be better. Other things like campus crowd, events, fest and extracurricular activities are excellent.

I am satisfied with our college. Placements are very poor, but there is a good infrastructure.
Placements: This college is not good for placements. In agriculture courses, chances of placements are very high, but SGT University doesn't give an opportunity to get placements. If you want a good career through placements in many industries, this college is not good for you because it doesn't have any links with any companies. It makes fake promises during admission that it has linked with the necessary companies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good here, and there is a lush green environment. Every block has its own library, and libraries are completely equipped with books and generals. Libraries are well stocked. But the hostel facility is very poor, and the food served in the mess is very pungent. As there is a City hospital, the medical facilities are very good.
Faculty: All the faculty members here are well educated, graduated and qualified. They are knowledgeable, and their teaching quality is very good. But teachers will resign from college in the middle of the semester, which causes many problems. Faculty members get changed frequently, which causes the main problem during exams. The course is relevant to industries, but placements are not provided. The pass percentage is good, but they give admission to a high number of students.
Other: I chose agriculture as I want to become a horticulture officer. Events are organised every 2-3 months, but my favourite events are Holi festival and Diwali fest.
