Q:   Can I join SGT University directly?
A: 

Candidates can join SGT University only after getting shortlisted for the applied course. The selection criteria varies course-wise. Candidates need to pass CUET-UG or qualifying exam for admission to courses such as BSc, BCA, etc. For MSc, MBA, MTech, etc. aspirants require CUET-PG/ merit scores. Besides, NEET conducted by NTA is accepted for BAMS and MBBS programmes. For all other courses, merit of the candidates is considered for admission.

Q:   Can I get admission to SGT University Gurgaon with 60% in Class 12?
A: 

SGT University eligibility criteria varies course-wise. The aggregate requirement for most of the courses ranges between 45% aggregate to 60% aggregate. Hence, candidates with 60% or more in Class 12 can apply for admission to any of the UG programmes.

Q:   What is the admission process for SGT University?
A: 

SGT University admission process starts with registration for the preferred course. Candidates can fill out the application form offline or apply on the university website. SGT University selects candidates for most of the UG courses based on CUET scores or merit. The university accepts CUET-PG or merit for PG courses such as MBA, MSc, MPharm, etc. SGT Gurgaon also accepts scores in NEET, JEE Main, etc. for specific courses. Besides, candidates must also fulfil the eligibility criteria to apply for admission. 

Q:   What is the NEET MDS exam pattern?
A: 

NEET MDS is a computer-based exam of three hours duration with two time-bound sections. Part A was for 75 minutes and had 100 questions. Part B had 140 questions to be solved in105 minutes. The timing of the exam was 2 PM to 5 PM. There were a total of 240 objective-type multiple-choice questions (MCQs) from the NEET MDS syllabus. Each question has four marks and there will be negative marking of one mark for each wrong answer. The following table brings the overview and structure of the NEET MDS exam pattern.

Q:   Are there any reserved seats for Haryana state students at SGT University?
A: 

Yes, SGT University has seats reserved for students belonging to the state of Haryana. It follows the provisions of section 35 of the Haryana Private Universities Act, 2006. Hence, the university has 25% of seats reserved for students from the Haryana state. Out of this, 10% are reserved for Scheduled Caste category candidates. Moreover, to avail a reserved seat, candidates have to submit the relevant documents.

There are multiple components included in the SGT University BAMS fee, such as tuition fee, hostel fee, security deposit, etc. The total tuition fee for the course is INR 15.72 lakh. While the hostel charges are INR 6.3 Lacs and one-time fee is INR 52,500. Some of the fee components are one-time chargeable, while some have to be paid annually/semesterly. Good college for medical students.
Placements: Placements are good here. My course is Clinical Psychology and. It's about the psychology of humans. Around 75% of students got placed in our university. Placements are good because all the students got placed on their own or from the university. Many big hospitals also recruit form our college during placements.
Infrastructure: The campus is lush green and beautiful Wi-Fi facility, labs are well maintained. Libraries are always well stocked. Campus life is good here and hostels are within campus. The mess is hygienic and the food is good here. Sports facilities are also available, and medical support is available all the time.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful. They give assignments that are 90% relevant to exams. Teachers are well-qualified holding good degrees, and are knowledgeable. Students are ready to work from 2nd semester in the hospital. Semester exams are difficult. The pass percentage of students is around 70%. Mentors are also very supportive and they are available to help anytime.
Other: All kinds of festivals are celebrated on our college every year.

It is an average college.
Placements: Placements are not good in our course. Our college provides placements for Ph.D. students. If you work a little bit out of the box and enjoy what you study, you will get placed at a good place even at the MSc level. You have the opportunity to go foreign and study with scholarships and get paid. Placements are below average in our college.
Infrastructure: All facilities are available in our college according to the requirements. Libraries and labs are well-maintained. Hostels are good. Each room has a bed, a balcony, an air conditioner is optional, a table with locke,r and a wall attached cupboard. The food served in the hostel is the best. Hostels are expensive but totally worth. I rented a PG in starting but after second year, I shifted to the hostel. The warden is not good. Overall, the campus life is good.
Faculty: All teachers are well-qualified and experienced. I don't know about the faculty-student ratio. Most of the faculty members are excellent. You can reach out to them anytime with anything. They will always help you. There are mid-semester exams and final semester exams in our college. The mid-semester exams are comparatively easier than the final semester exams. Around 80% of students clear their exams. The teaching quality is good. Faculty members are very supportive.
Other: The campus is crowded and well-connected to the main road.

Not a very good college according to fees .
Placements: Placement on the campus is so good as we think because 50% of students got placed on the campus last year. The college helps it's students in their placements and conducts Accenture programs for the students in which various companies come and conduct the interviews of the applied candidates. Average package is 3 LPA in our course.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is really good and offers a nice on-campus experience, and equipment is comfortable for use and is aligned with the latest teaching. Campus life is quite good but not the best; the structure is also good, but there are many international students from African countries. Hostel facilities are also very good.
Faculty: The faculty-to-student ratio of my college is 1:80, and it focuses on discipline and holistic development of the student. The behaviour of the faculty is good and has great knowledge of their fields, and their two examinations are held midterm and endterm per semester. Passing percentage is above 60 percent.
Other: All festivals and events are celebrated here.

Average placements in our course.
Placements: Campus placements are good; they leave no company unturned to conduct interviews. We usually get summer internships, and before that, there are a lot of interviews going on. In the case of campus placements, students are eligible only in the last semester. The package is low in our course; it is around 4 LPA.
Infrastructure: Hostel rooms are very tiny, and with two students sharing, the quality of the meals is very average. The hostels are affordable, with an AC, fan, beds, a table, and a chair provided. Nothing more is provided, and cooking is not allowed. The wardens are very strict. The college has 2 hostels and one canteen, which has good quality food. The registration process is quite simple, and the affordability rate is not high. The locality of the hostel is good too. The menu for every day is different.
Faculty: Faculty members are highly educated and experienced in their working fields and are a bit on the strict side. Three teachers are provided to teach one subject, which is very good for a better understanding. Mentors are also provided for assistance when needed. Proper meetings are held with mentors to solve any issues you are facing, and 1 mentor is provided per 10 students, which is an outstanding ratio. Teachers are approachable and very helpful.
Other: All kinds of festivals are celebrated in our college.

It is an average engineering college.
Placements: Companies didn't hire from our course. Placements scenario is very bad in our course and the students face a lot of problems in getting placements. Last year, Love group hired some students from our course with an average package of 3 LPA. Internships are provided by the college in the last semester.
Infrastructure: Hostel facility is available in the campus with good security. Mess is also near the hostel and food of the mess is really good, they use less oil and spices in the food. Wi-Fi facilities are available for the students and the faculty members 24 hours. Medical and sports facilities are also available in the campus. Overall, the infrastructure is good.
Faculty: Exams are easy to pass here, the students can easily score good. The teachers are skilled and well qualified. Mentors are also supportive and helpful. The teaching is good here and the course curriculum is well designed for industrial knowledge. Overall, the teachers are good in our college.
Other: I have an interest in this field so I chose this course.

Average college having good faculty members.
Placements: Placements are not good in our college. Very few students get placed. Last year, the placements rate was only 30 percent in our course. Students have to look for off-campus opportunities to get placed. Internships are provided by the college but without any pay. Average package is around 3 LPA.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of the college is average. All the basic facilities are available in the college. Classrooms are fully ventilated having comfortable seating. Management is good here. There are separate hostels for both boys and girls on-campus. Medical facilities are available in the campus 24 hours. Mess is near the hostel and the food is good here. Overall, the campus life is good.
Faculty: Faculty members are very helpful and friendly in nature. They all are very supportive towards the students and are available to help anytime. Teaching methodology is good here. Course curriculum is relevant and comprehensive. Semester exams are not difficult, students can easily get passing marks.
Other: Scholarships are provided for students in need.
