Ph.D. in Urban Planning 

at SPA Delhi, IP Estate

To be considered for SPA Delhi PhD admissions, students must fill out the application form. The applications for the PhD programme are made available by the institute throughout the year. Candidates aspiring to take admission can apply by visiting the official website of the institute and paying an application fee of INR 2,500. Moreover, students must also attach a proposed department of study, a broad area of research, and the name of the advisor of his/her choice (if any) along with the dully filled form.

Candidates who have passed a master's degree in any of the courses conducted by the School/ Integrated master's degree course or its equivalent with at least 60% aggregate or equivalent GPA are eligible to apply for the PhD programme. Aspirants who have passed B.Arch, BPlan or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent with at least 80% or 8.0 GPA or equivalent grade with at least three years experience can also apply.

SPA Delhi offers two PhD programme in two modes, full time and part time. For admission to both the programmes, students are required to fill out an application form and pay the following application fees:

Once the students have submitted application forms the admission committee begins the screening process. All the registered students are evaluated based on their academic record work experience, area of study, and more. After that institute releases a merit with names of the students suited for the programme. Those who are offered admission must pay the admission fee.

The total fee to pursue the SPA Delhi PhD programme is a composition of multiple elements. Some of the key fee components are the tuition fee, admission fee, caution fee, etc. Apart from these, students living in the institute's hostels must also pay the hostel fees.
