SPMVV Tirupati is accredited by NAAC A and approved by UGC, AIU.
Placements: I am satisfied with the placements. Placements based on different branches. Around 60 per cent of students get placement through our university. The salary ranges from 2 LPA to 3 LPA. Roles offered in our course are a lecturer and medical coder. Apollo is the top company which recruited us.
Infrastructure: The facilities in our college are awesome. Labs are available. The whole atmosphere is excellent. The lab criteria are good. The infrastructure is huge and comfortable. The campus is wholly green and cool. It provides innovation. Hostel facilities are good with hygiene food.
Faculty: Satisfied with professors. The professors are well qualified and knowledgeable They help for either it is subject or anything. The teaching quality is very good. Professors are supportive and very cooperative. They will give knowledge as well as ethics.
Other: I chose this course to give knowledge to students about plant science.

Our college has a good library, computer lab and huge play ground.
Placements: Around 70% of students got placed,. The highest salary offered was Rs. 26,000 per month and Rs. 15,000 is the lowest salary offered. At Amazon, we got an internship offer, and customer service was offered. We are happy to do that, we like that. We are looking forward.
Infrastructure: We have a good classroom facility. There are good beds, racks, canteen, and medical facilities. There is a big playground where we can play multiple games like kabaddi,kho-kho, basketball, running, javelin throw, hockey, cricket, shuttle, skating etc.
Faculty: Our professors are doctorates. They are very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and teaching is also in a good way. The course curriculum is relevant, and students become industry-ready. Semester exams are very easy. I score 75% in the exams. You can understand the topic and you can read easily.
Other: We are a good batch with knowledge, and we studied well. We love to know the development of human begins and their life. The course should provide in-depth knowledge and practicals for betterment. We want our syllabus to be deeper and focused on the practical thing.

    M.Sc. in Biotechnology - Batch of 2022

I am dissatisfied as there are no placements for M.Sc biotechnology.
Placements: Biotechnology is an interdisciplinary course. We can get jobs in different sectors. Students can gain knowledge in cell biology, pharmacology, microbiology, etc. There are a number of companies like Biocon, Syngene, etc., which are recruiting students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the university is high, and library labs and classrooms are good. The hostel maintains hygiene with guidelines, and the medical department is 24x7 available. Food is highly nutritional.
Faculty: Faculty members are highly qualified in different sectors. They are good at teaching, and we are free to ask doubts. They clear them immediately. Exams are easy, and all are passed in exams.
Other: I am from the 2020 to 2022 batch. Biotechnology is the most interesting subject, and the applications we learn in the graduation and post graduation with all techniques help mankind. Events, sports, and all activities are conducted on the campus.

Low fees amount but education and infrastructure are worst.
Placements: Students are placed in various hospitals, fitness centres and other institutions based on their academic performance and the presentation in the personal interview. I am currently working in herbal life institutions. The students get a good exposure in the practicals labs and workshops which give them good abilities to perform better in the interviews. In the beginning, there are very few companies and institutions offering placements for postgraduates in the university, but the university is trying to approach many companies and institutions for providing placement opportunities to the postgraduates. Placements are offered to only few of the students in the campus placements but there are a veriety of jobs available for the students of this particular food and nutrition course. The minimum salary offered to the students of this course as a starting salary is Rs. 20,000 per month. The salary of the candidate increases as the experience of the person increases. There are video opportunities to the students who are doing masters in food and nutrition course. Teaching can be opted by the students as a career option and that would bring in a lot of development in the teacher as he/she must learn much more before teaching the students. Research is also an area where the postgraduates would get a lot of exposure about the particular topic in which the person is interested in related to the subject he or she have learnt in the previous studies. The various roles like nutritionists, dietitian etc., have been offered to the students as a part of the placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not that good compared to other nutrition-related institutes. The classrooms are dirty, and no proper cleaning is available in the university. The labs are not clean, and sanity of them is nill. There are various types of equipment for quality analysis and other cooking equipment like ovens, stoves in the food lab and other quality analysis equipment like beakers incubators etc. The infrastructure is not that modern, and the buildings are old. There will be a lot of shit and litter of birds and other animals in the classrooms and on the benches. So do not prefer this college based on the infrastructure.
Faculty: The faculty are available, but they do not take classes and do not guide the students properly. They take the personal grudge against the students and try to give the marks according to their wish and not based on the student's performance. The only good thing about the college and university is the nature and scenery around the university. It is so peaceful and amazing to be in such an area. Try checking out that place carefully before taking admission here.
Other: Events like college day, hostel day, women's day, etc., are organised in the university. There will be no much entertainment.

Satisfied with campus facilities, faculty and labs.
Placements: For 2014-16, we were not provided with any placements, but for our seniors and juniors, they got nice placements in reputed pharma companies. They were offered with a package of 2.5 LPA per annum. One of reputed pharma company like Omega Pharma Bangalore visited in 2015. They recruited the students for the quality analyst roles, etc.
Infrastructure: In Padmavathi University, I don't know about other campuses, but pharma campus is well-equipped with all updated instruments in labs and classrooms are well maintained. The medical facilities for students are well-maintained, and in an emergency, there's immediate availability of ambulance, a qualified doctor and lab technicians. For games there's special area for playing and non sports students are also allowed to play and if they want they were also given training. The canteen food is also good but the space to sit and eat food is not big, but in the hostel, there are a lot of places, but the food is not much tasty. The hostel rooms are nice if you keep your room neat or else they'll be bad. There's only one problem in old hostel blocks, i.e. common bathrooms are not maintained well. We faced a lot of infrastructure issues during college days in hostel rooms because they are old buildings, whenever it rains there will be leakage of rooms, and we have to shift to other rooms along with all our luggage. We had lots of memories in the university. Padmavathi Mahila University is secure and safe for girls, i.e. either campus or hostel.
Faculty: The professors are well-qualified, knowledgeable and quite helpful either it is subject or anything (not much personal). The teaching quality is really good. The professors are qualified and doctorate holders with efficient knowledge. If the faculty are not available to students, in any case, the contractual faculty availability, who are pursuing their doctorate are available to the students. The teaching methods are really quite useful. The student-faculty ratio is well, but in masters courses, for some departments, the ratio is not good. We got industry exposure on our expenses if we want. The course curriculum was really useful and is up to date as the curriculum is very useful.
Other: The campus is much crowded that to you will find when events or any festivals are conducted. The connectivity in the campus is really good. You will find that the campus is traditional, everywhere classical dance classes, singing classes, etc. For extracurricular activities, there will be an big auditorium where up to 1000 people can take a seat. Every weekend you'll find some activities going on in an auditorium. If you are fitness freak, then there is a jogging track in the university and greenery is well-maintained. But one thing is sometimes in rare cases you have to be careful with snakes as there is a lot of trees.

    Dissatisfied with campus selection.
Placements: 80% of students got placed in our course. The highest salary is Rs 80,000 LPA. The lowest salary is Rs 20,000 per month. Average package is Rs 40,000 per month, based on the position, in any food manufacturing companies and quality checking labs. 100% of students got internships from our class, and at Biscuit a cookies manufacturing company. Some of the people went to labs for internships, banking companies like Sunrise, Modern, Odisha, and Dairy Forms. Roles offered are quality control, quality checking, and food safety officer.
Infrastructure: We have good classrooms. We have seminar hall. There is Wi-Fi in our department. Our labs are in good manner, and we have good library in our university. There are so many books related to our course. It's very helpful for our assignments and all. Facilities in our hostel are not that much good it's adjustable. Food is good, and they have a menu plan. Canteen food is good. We have good medical facilities, and we consult our doctor, who is very good. There are so many sports and games in our university, and there's yoga also.
Faculty: About their teaching quality, they are very good at that, they can teach us well. They are very helpful. They can clarify our doubts whenever we ask. Course curriculum is relevant for the industry. Semester exams are not difficult because our faculty taught everything in our syllabus, and we have industrial visits that make it easy. Pass percentage in our classes is 95% and sometimes 100%.
Other: I like food very much and like to taste all kinds of foods and invent new food items that too in a good nutritious way. Campus selection is not in our course. I wish if campus selection is there, it might be helpful for our juniors without difficulty. Events and fests are there at our university. Our department is active in that, and it provides food stalls and accessory stalls. 100% scholarships for the people who are selected for free seats.
