SRTMUN shortlists aspirants based on their scores in state-level entrance exams, such as MAH B.Ed CET, MAH MBA CET, MHT CET, etc. for admission to specific courses. The university conducts Common Entrance Test (CET) for admission to programmes, such as BSc, MSc, etc. For all others programmes, merit of the candidates in the last qualifying exam is considered for admission. 

Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University offers more than 140 courses at the UG, PG and PhD levels at campus or via affiliated colleges. Yes, SRTMUN conducts an entrance exam for admission to PhD course. The university conducts PET in pen and paper mode at three centres, namely Nanded, Latur and Parbhani. The entrance test is conducted for two hours and includes section-A and section-B. Section-A is related to research methodology and includes 50 questions. Section-B is subject specific and includes 50 questions.

SRTMUN admissions to Law courses are offered through two affiliated colleges. Law courses offered at SRTMUN including, B.A. LL.B. (offered at Dayanand College of Law) and B.A. LL.B.  (offered at Shri Shivaji Law College Kandhar) has been released up to MHCET Law Round 3. As per cutoff 2023, the closing score for B.A. LL.B. (offered at Dayanand College of Law) for Round 1 was 66, whereas in 2022, it was 48 and in 2021, it was 84 for the General AI category candidates. Analysing the last three year trends as per MHCET Law, SRTMUN cutoff has been a fluctuating one.

Candidates need to pay an application fee of INR 1,500 to register for PhD course at SRTMUN. Aspirants belonging to SC/ ST/ PwD categories have to pay an application fee of INR 1,200. Aspirants can pay the fee via any of the online payment modes. Candidates must keep the fee receipt with them for future reference.

SRTMUN offer seats to candidates based on national/ state-level entrance exam or merit in the last qualifying exam. Aspirants are first required to register for the course of their choice via online mode. SRTMUN shortlists candidates based on state-level entrance exams such as MAH B.Ed CET, MAH MBA CET, MHT CET, etc. for admission to specific courses.
