Q:   How can I get admission to BA LLB at Burdwan University?
A: 

In order to get admission to a five-year integrated course of BA LLB at Burdwan University, candidates must pass Class 12 in any stream. Based on the merit scores of candidates obtained in the last qualifying exam, candidates will be offered direct admission to the course by the university. Merit list of the selected candidates will be released in various rounds. There is no entrance exam  required for admission.

Good but Un lazy happened.
Placements: Placement was good but it was not a perfect and cannot stand among the top Universities. In my batch we received between 3Lc two digits packages. Our batch was not getting placement. There was a small number of students who got placement on the placement cell but its good.
Infrastructure: These small fees we received huge facilities as per fees. There were hostel facilities for long distance students two beds or 3 beds rooms available. Labs & Classrooms were in good condition. Lastly the Library was satisfied that not all books are available.
Faculty: The exam or course management was good from the college level but remember this under Burdwan University which provides late services. Your fees and all were actually crossed out on the last date from your Certificate to the marksheet. Even though we do not receive our.

Placements: There is a placement in written format, not fully supporting the actual life. But you should expect placement that happens from here. There are too limited courses and particular eligibility for their placement; providing placement has too limited seat numbers.
Infrastructure: You can expect from this college, like a typical government, providing facilities like minimal classroom facilities, library, science lab, and other things also available there, and you can enjoy their facilities. There is a canteen available, along with medical facilities.
Faculty: Professors are quite friendly, and another thing is that they are highly qualified professional faculty, and the semester is managed, exams, and projects are conducted at the right time, and the pass percentage is a good number.

Good faculty and affordable fees.
Placements: I was from the BCA batch and the placement of the college was very limited as it was a very small college. Some internships were available from Infosys and other firms, but direct placement from campus was very hard to secure. Most students in this college preferred higher studies like MCA or applied for jobs off-campus to build their careers.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure was not very good as expected from the fee structure. But it had labs, free Wi-Fi, and a library where we could get books whenever we wanted. The college did not have any official hostel. The college conducted its sports program every year. The college did not provide mess or canteen facilities.
Faculty: Faculty members were very helpful and knowledgeable. Most of them had good teaching experience in their subjects. They were approachable and supportive. Especially when it came to clarifying concepts or guiding us in projects. The curriculum was well-structured. It is relevant to the IT industry. They cover programming, database management, networking, and web development. The semester exams were of moderate difficulty. They are not too tough if we studied regularly.
Other: I chose the course because from the beginning I had an interest in programming. The best thing about the course was that it gave me both theoretical and practical knowledge of software. The course had supportive faculty and provided opportunities. I felt the syllabus should have been more programming-oriented rather than including subjects like Environmental Science and History of India. The campus crowd was decent. The location was well connected by roads and trains.

A peaceful place to learn and grow.
Placements: 0% students got placed from our course. There is no package variation in our college because no companies have come for placement. There are no recruiting companies in our course because no placement cell is there. 80%-85% of students got internships from my course, which is provided by our college. Roles offered in our course, many students go for government exam preparations, and some have gone for higher studies.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is fully available on the whole campus with great internet connections. Classrooms are big enough that many students can sit comfortably, and also classrooms are dirty. A central library with a large collection of books and reference books. Reading rooms are also available. The college has hostels for boys and girls. The rooms are well maintained. Food in the canteen is of very good quality and hygienic. There is a health centre and a first aid facility on campus. The college has sports teams for football, cricket, volleyball, etc. There are big playgrounds for outdoor games, and there is also an indoor games facility like table tennis and carrom.
Faculty: The faculty are very helpful, kind-hearted, and highly educated. The teachers are approachable, supportive, and helpful. The course curriculum is relevant and makes students industry-ready. The semester exams are moderately difficult. The pass percentage of students is 80%-85%.
Other: I chose Zoology because I've always been interested in animals, wildlife, and biological sciences. Most of our Zoology faculty are well-qualified and genuinely helpful. The Zoology lab is equipped with microscopes, slides, and preserved specimens. There is no dedicated placement cell for Zoology, which will help to build connections with research institutes and NGOs. Zoology needs more outdoor exposure, but those are limited now. Our college celebrates annual cultural fests and science exhibitions. The crowd is diverse and friendly, most students come from Burdwan and some nearby districts. The college is close to Kalna Railway Station, so transport is easy. The campus surroundings are green, clean, and moderately quiet. Government scholarships are available, like SVMCM, Kanyashree, and extra activities like cultural programs and NCC participation.

I actually love the college and also the teachers. They are very helpful and cooperative.
Placements: It's very easy to get a placement in this college. They don't judge you according to your ability. But they focus on building your ability stronger. Basically, 90 per cent of the students get placed in high-ranking and good-ranking jobs. Our batch has not passed out yet.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good. The surrounding nature is also soothing to the mind as well as the heart. There are no such noise disturbances around the college. People gather on the college campus for useless activities.
Faculty: The teachers, as well as the other staff, are very helpful. The teachers are very qualified and knowledgeable. They focus on building a student's future with their full effort. The semester examinations in the college are not as difficult as some people think.

Suri Vidyasagar College is an excellent academic institution.
Placements: In recent years, Zoology was a hotcake subject in Birbhum district, some newspapers also covered it, so all seats of Suri Vidyasagar College were filled. Same package for everyone, 25000 for the total course. Placement is not offered in this course. 40% students got internships like Tech Mahindra, Internshala, ICICI Bank, and Tata AIA. I joined the Tata AIA as a senior team leader.
Infrastructure: All classes have a smart board and a projector facility. Nowadays, AC has also been installed for students, and Wi-Fi is also available in all departments. Free library access to all, which is open only during college hours. The food at the hostel is not good enough, but the canteen food is normal. All types of medical facilities are available. Basketball stadium, carrom, cricket playground, all necessary things are available.
Faculty: Every teacher is enough professional and as well as they helps students too much to prepare them for exam, also they took extra classes during vacation. I dont think nowadays so much competition has increased, so a graduate degree can make a student industry ready. Semester exam is too difficult, but our faculty prepared us to solve all the questions easily.
Other: In my time, Zoology is a hotcake subject, and now, its demand is too high in Suri Vidyasagar College. All the faculty members are very helpful, extracurricular activities like Science exhibition, educational tour are arranged by each and every department every year. Scholarship is available for students who cant afford college studies.

Burdwan University LL.B. Eligibility Criteria Candidates seeking admissions to LL.B. Courses at Burdwan University must fulfil the following eligibility criteria: Candidates must have a valid Bachelors degree with at least 45% of the total marks under 10+2+3 pattern. A relaxation of 5% is given to SC/ST category candidates. Candidates must also appear for the Written Admission Test conducted by the university itself. Burdwan University LLB.

Admission Guidelines Admissions to the LL.B. Programme offered by Burdwan University are based on the Admission Test and academic merit of the candidates followed by counselling rounds. Admission Test conducted shall consist of English and General Knowledge as subjects. The test shall be of 100 marks. Roll no for admission test will be issued by the Office of Secretary in the Hall ticket at the time of application form submitted by the candidate. The rank of the candidates will be made based on the marks obtained in the written test. In case of the uniform score of the candidates in the written test, preference will be given to the candidates having an Honours Degree than Pass Graduates.

Candidates seeking admission against Sports (SP) quota of seats must have to submit certificates for their participation in Inter-State or Inter-University Sports and Athletic competitions (not earlier than Madhyamik level). Candidates who claim reservation against such quota must also personally appear with all the supporting documents in original at the Office Chamber of the Secretary, Faculty Council (Arts etc. ).

Final admissions will be done through counselling, the date, time and venue for which will be notified with the publication of the rank list.

You can choose Banaras Hindu University for MA english because the campus was nice and the fee was also less .you can go with BHU . Because BHU give you health facilities also with no extra cost .
