Tripura University cutoff for BTech courses is based on TJEE ranks. In 2022, Tripura university cutoff for the BTEch course has been released up to Round 1. Tabulated below are the closing ranks for Tripura University cutoff:

CUET PG admit card will be released in the fourth week of February 2026, tentatively. The admit card is a mandatory document that needs to be carried by the students. 

Tripura University has various clubs such as The Environment Club of Tripura University, Quiz Club, and others. The NSS TU unit organised a training programme on the “Motivation of Youth for Inspiring Rural Reconstruction.'' There are various programmes organised by the university for students. There is a fresher's party, awards ceremonies arranged by the university.
