Yes, UEM Kolkata is a recognised university. It is a private university located in Kolkata. It was established in 2015 and it is the third engineering institution founded by the University of Engineering and Management (UEM) and the Institute of Engineering and management (IEM) Group. 1. IEMJEE: 10+2 score with 60% 
2. JEE Main: Qualifying score
3. WBJEE: Qualifying score

The university conducts the IEMJEE exam for admission into B.Tech, BBA, BCA, and MCA programs. The IEMJEE is conducted in both online and offline modes. To get admission to the B.Tech programme at UEM Kolkata, candidates are expected to have a rank between 7654 and 39750 in IEMJEE. No, candidates will not be able to fill out WBJEE application form offline. The authorities will release the application form online at wbjeeb.nic.in. No other mode of application will be accepted. While filling out the application form, the candidates will have to provide their personal, academic and contact details. All of the submitted details have to be valid and as per the documents possessed by the candidates. Invalid and incorrect applications will be rejected by the authorities.

Yes, UEM Kolkata offers a part-time MBA course, which is spread over two years. This course is taught offline on the weekends. Admission process for this course is same as for full-time course. Candidates are selected based on either CAT/ MAT/ WBJEMAT/ or any other National Level or State Level entrance exams. Students can choose among the following specialisation to pursue a part-time MBA course at UEM Kolkata:

WBJEE 2026 application form correction facility dates have not been announced yet. The registered candidates will be able to access the WBJEE application form 2026 correction facility online at wbjeeb.nic.in/wbjee. During the correction process, the candidates will be able to edit/correct some of the details that have been previously submitted in the application form. After the final date, the authorities will not accept any requests for corrections in the WBJEE application form.

Admission to BCA is based on IEMJEE score followed by a counselling round. A pass in Class 10 and Class 12 with Mathematics/ Statistics/ Computer Science/ Computer Application/ Business Mathematics with at least 60% aggregate is required to apply for BCA course.
