College is totally worth it.
Placements: Mithibai College is highly reputed in the industry due to the rigorous programme that they conduct. Placements are there for B.Com. The average package is 3 LPA. The placement cell is also very helpful and active overall worth it.
Infrastructure: Being a government college Mithibai offers a pretty well-equipped infrastructure. There is no big campus but the building is well-equipped smart boards are all up to date. The hostel although it offers very limited beds is not a residential college.
Faculty: Courses are rigorous. The faculty is helpful. There are some subjects which feel a bit useless but the attendance policy and frequent assignments and tests help the student prepare for corporate pressure and make them ready. Exams are not that easy.
Other: As I mentioned before Mithibai College is very well-reputed in the industry due to its strict policies which make sure the students of the college are disciplined and hardworking. Along with that this college has one of Asia's fastest-growing student-led events Kshitij so the college life and experience is very eventful. This college provides ample opportunities to network and socialise so there is a perfect balance of academics and social life. There are various fests every other week something new to participate in and a vast number of options available for all types of students.

Really good faculty and infrastructure.
Placements: They help students get whatever type of internships or jobs they actually want to do. There is a weekly lecture for students of every course for character development. Helping them enter the corporate world through small activities in every session.
Infrastructure: Fully air-conditioned classrooms, good-quality canteen food, a spacious campus, and hygiene are maintained very carefully. The college also gives students opportunities for sports and yoga classes. It has a great turf for outdoor games and a gym for indoor sports activities.
Faculty: Teachers here are highly qualified. They are always there to help students with their incredible knowledge. They also have a great curriculum that helps students understand how things work outside the classroom. Exams are comparatively difficult.

All-in-one campus, faculty, and students.
Placements: Placements are very good. Well-renowned companies come to the college. Most of the students gain placements in ICICI Bank. So, it is good for placements, and you should go for it. This college gives you good placement opportunities.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is very good. It has very good sanitation, a well-maintained garden, a very good gym, and spaces for students to engage in extracurricular activities. There is a well-developed library and reading hall. Classrooms with ACs, computer labs, and all laboratories have well-developed and well-functioning equipment.
Faculty: All the teaching and non-teaching staff and faculty in the college are very polite and generous to everyone. They treat everyone nicely and are supportive in all kinds of work, from the form-filling process until students get their degrees.

RAIT is a decent college.
Placements: It is not magical, but it is good if you have worked hard and have good skills. It is completely dependent on you. A fair number of colleges come for placements. Many students get good placements for sure. But it is all on you. Typically, the package is 5–7 LPA, the lowest is 3–4 LPA, and the highest can go up to 30–40 LPA (top 1–2% only).
Infrastructure: Libraries, labs, classrooms, and bathrooms are always in pristine and clean condition. The canteen is generally open till 5 PM. Decent food, good quality for the price, and a wide range of food options. Sports committees are extremely active, and paid sports competitions take place. The college also does well in sports.
Faculty: The majority of teachers for IT are great, lenient, not very strict, and teach well. Some only read from PDFs. But overall, faculty is good and will help you if you are having any issues with college, studies, or the curriculum. All teachers cover the syllabus well and take extra classes if the portion is not completed. Overall, it is a 4/5 faculty for IT. Exams are easy if you have studied well. There are never any out-of-syllabus questions. If you study well, you will get great grades. I have maintained a 9 CGPA for four semesters by studying from the provided material, YouTube, and teachers’ help.
Other: The events are the best part of my college. There is a very active social committee. I am myself a part of the cultural committee, which is one of my favorite parts of the college. Extracurricular activities are endless. Workshops, seminars, and hackathons are always being conducted. The teachers are decent. However, one issue is that some of them just read the PDF content in lectures. However, if you can study on your own, that should not be an issue.

Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) - Batch of 2027
Offered by Thakur College of Engineering and Technology
3.0

Partially satisfied with the faculty members and syllabus.
Placements: Less than 50 percent of students got placed. The highest package is 20 LPA, the lowest is 3 LPA, and the average package is between 4 LPA to 5 LPA. The top recruiting companies involved are Capgemini, TCS, Lodha, etc. Very few students get internship opportunities in our course. Most roles include web development.
Infrastructure: All facilities are available. Labs with internet facility. Classrooms are furnished and the food quality is nice. Sports include many games there is a technical fest known as Zephyr. Games like tug of war, carrom, badminton, box cricket, and football are played.
Faculty: They are good. The curriculum is not mostly industry relevant but we have to learn most things ourselves. Semester examinations are not that tough. The pass percentage is 90 percent. The staff is helpful and supportive. TNP cell makes students ready in advance for the industry and gives them training.
Other: I chose this course because of my curiosity to learn technical things. The syllabus can be improved. Events and fests are nice and the crowd is good too. The scholarship is provided like EBC, TFWS, etc., to eligible students. Extracurricular activities involve the Rotaract club and the photography club.

Satisfied because of the faculty and extracurricular activities.
Placements: 30 percent of students got placed. The package offered is around 3 LPA-4 LPA. The companies that came for placement are Google, Career Buddy, and LK Consultant. Students are offered internships in the HR and marketing fields. They also help while giving the interview. They also asked about which role we want to work.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are clean. The atmosphere is not that clear. The canteen didn't have proper food. The library and gym have proper air-conditioned rooms and they also encourage students to participate in sports and help them grow in sports and study.
Faculty: The teachers are so helpful with the study and also help to solve the doubts. The semester exams are easy to pass if we attend the lecture every day. The average passing percentage is 40 percent in every subject to promote to the next year. They also provide real-life examples while teaching to understand concepts better.
Other: The fest, the DJ night, and the extracurricular activities are entertaining.
