    Q:   How many merit lists are released by Mumbai University?
    A: 

     The University of Mumbai (MU) releases multiple merit lists every year followed by a counselling and document verification process to offer admission to students in MU-affiliated colleges. Mumbai University merit list are released for admission to more than 750 affiliated colleges in programmes such as FYBA, FYBSWA, FYBCom, FYBSc, FYBMS, FYBVoc, FYB Library Science and FYBPA. These merit lists University carries the names of students who are shortlisted on the basis of marks they have obtained in their last qualifying examinations.     The University of Mumbai offers over 200 UG, PG, diploma, doctoral, and certificate programmes in various fields, such as Engineering, Arts, Science and Arts. All these are offered via over 50 Departments, 12 specialised centres,  781 affiliated colleges, two main campuses, two sub-campuses and two Model Colleges.     Q:   What is the 75% attendance rule at Mumbai University?
    A: 

    Like any other Institution/University maintaining an attendance of 75% is mandatory for the students at Mumbai University. The University has its own Attendance Committee, for the smooth conduct of this ordinance in every Department. As per the Attendance Ordinance, candidates must maintain at least 75% attendance for each course & average attendance. If the students fail to maintain the number, the department/college doesn’t forward the examination form to the University exam unit. However, a minimum attendance of 50% is considered in special cases like health issues, family losses, etc.

    Q:   Can I get into Mumbai University with 70 percentile?
    A: 

    The colleges affiliated to Mumbai University allows admission via MAH B.Ed CET exam. Candidates were allowed to participate in the counselling process based on their scores in the exam. To get into Mumbai University, 70 percentiles are more than enough to appear to get admission into Mumbai University. Considering the latest round cutoff, the cutoff stood between 0.05 and 92.76 for the General AI category candidates.     Q:   How much rank should I score to get Mumbai University?
    A: 

    The affiliated courses to Mumbai University accepts MHT CET exam. To get into the colleges, the Mumbai University cutoff 2024 for the CSE course stood at 27.66 for the General AI category candidates. Similarly, for the Information Technology course, the MHT CET cutoff stood between 2.47 and 95.27. Moreover, BE in Aritificial Intelligence cutoff stood at 68.94 for the General AI quota.     Placements: Mostly 80% to 90% of students got placed based on their merit. The company also hires on their practical knowledge which is also conducted on the ground and mainly the role is HR and sales executive where the average package is around 6 LPA-7 LPA.
    Infrastructure: College infrastructure is too good to study as well. There are many facilities which are provided by the college and also different types of amenities. They provide free Wi-Fi for students in the canteen in every class there is AC which helps the students to feel comfortable.
    Faculty: College teachers help the students during their exam time. They take extra sessions for the exam which helps the students mostly. They provide an importance of the subject and 2 semesters are conducted in the year along with an internal paper of 25 marks.

    Absolutely satisfied with faculty as they are very best in every manner.
    Placements: About 30% of students were placed in my college. The highest package offered was 4 lacks per year and the lowest was 2 lacks per year. The average was about 2 lacks 20 thousand per year. The top recruiting company was electronic company. About 20% got internship from this college.
    Infrastructure: The college has a big campus and good sports facilities. The college library is very big and has an active internet connection for the students with a range of about 600 metres which is enough to connect. The classroom is big and has capacity to seat 150 students in a classroom. The canteen is hygienic and serves quality food.
    Faculty: The teachers are very helpful to students. They are highly qualified and their teaching method is very easy and understandable The exams in the college is moderate as everything comes from books only nothing comes from outside. The semester are very easy to score and the passing percentage is about 96%.
    Other: I chose this course because I want to work for IT sector in India. The college conducts annual fest every time and equal opportunity is given to everyone.

    Placements: About 95% of students get place every year. Many of the state toppers come from this college. I am also pursing my career from this college. Top roles offered are Data scientist, Computer architect, Software Engineer, Ethical Hacker, Hardware Engineer. Etc.
    Infrastructure: There are many facilities available in college. There are more than enough computers available in computer labs. We also gets books at free of cost from our library. Also there are many activities other than study like sport and coding competitions.
    Faculty: The All teachers are very well qualified and Very much knowledgeable as well. Many teachers helps to their student in every possible way. Newcomers get much help so to loss their shyness. Many of the teachers help students in their every difficulties.
    Other: I chosen this course because I have very much interest in this course. Also, I am very curious about how a computer works. I have a deep curiosity about technology. Technology made our life so advance in a very small amount of time. So, that's why I have to discover what more interesting we can do with this technology.     Placements: Nirmala Niketan College organises a job fair where representatives from different companies visit the campus. These companies introduce job role and other prerequisites. If students like the job profile, they can drop their resumes. Companies will contact the suitable candidates.
    Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good and peaceful. The college has a 7-storeyed building. Labs are good, especially for dietetics students as they have two cooking labs. One day before your practicals, you need to prepare a list of what ingredients you want, and they will keep it ready. The campus has a playground. The campus has Wi-Fi facility. Classrooms have good lighting facilities.
    Faculty: Faculty members in our college are very helpful. They will guide you according to your course, and you can approach them at any time. There are different WhatsApp groups for different classes where the coordinator posts the weekly schedule of your lectures, and if there any changes, they will let us you know immediately.
    Other: Events at Nirmala Niketan College are fun. They conduct normal events like saree day, traditional day etc. They also conduct blood donation camp, thalassemia camps and fairs where they donate money to needy.

    I like Dr. Ambedkar College of Law, People’s Education Society college very much.
    Placements: The placements are good for the students who come for admission, and there is no corruption for admission in the college. Also, the college staff and sir are also very nice. They are helpful to us, and also the college has many sports activities. They also motivate the students.
    Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is good in our college. Also, there is a hostel facility in our college. Our college has A/C rooms. The girls and boys common room in our college are no big, but it looks like big, so the college has good and well-furnished classrooms and also the students' cell room is there.
    Faculty: Our college has two faculty members, i.e., commerce arts and BS CIT. The law college is there, and now, another course is also available like BBI for the students. Also, the college has NCC, and many other courses available for the students who take the admission and even lots more are also available.
