Candidates must have passed 10+2 examination or equivalent examination in Science subjects only with the mentioned marks from a recognized board. English is compulsory for all programs. Candidates those who have passed the qualifying examinatin (Intermedidate/Higher Secondary etc.,) within the last Four (4) years (i.e., Passed out in the year 2022 or later) will only be eligible to apply (For Candidates belonging to SC/ST and differently abled categories (PwBD), the minimum eligibility is 'Pass" in the qualifying examination.) Note: Candidate should be able to conduct their experiments on their own. There will be no provision for allowing any assistance or scribe to do the experiments

The Hyderabad University entrance exam is moderately tough as it requires examination of both subject matter and analytical skills. The level of competition varies on the basis of the number of applicants versus the seats available in a programme. Since most courses today admit students based on CUET, strategies for preparation must be in accordance with that pattern of the exam. Students can cope with the level of difficulty with regular study and practice.
