Pondicherry University - Port Blair Campus has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

Common University Entrance Test (CUET) 2026 registration will commence in first week of March at cuet.nta.nic.in. NTA will release the CUET 2026 notification in first week of March 2026. Soon after the release of the notification, the CUET registration 2026 process begins online at the official website. Candidates willing to appear for the CUET 2026 exam must ensure that complete the application form online. Additionally, before filling out the application form, candidates must ensure that they fulfill the prescribed CUET eligibility criteria to qualify for the entrance exam.

Once the counselling process is completed, students with admission offers must present the following documents for verification purposes:

• Class 10 marksheet
• Class 12 marksheet
• Migration certificate
• School leaving certificate/transfer certificate
• Category certificate (if applicable)
• Income certificate (applicable for candidates seeking admission via EWS category)

Yes, Pondicherry University does provide a refund in case of withdrawal of admission. The refund of fees is facilitated as per the UGC guidelines. In a recent notice, the university announced that all the affiliated colleges must also follow the UGC fee refund policy. Check out the below table for more details:

To apply for BTech admission at Pondicherry University, students need to first fill out an application form, available on the official website. New users must generate login credentials and fill out the application form with all the relevant details and documents and pay the application fee and click submit.

The application fee for UR/OBC-NCL/EWS candidates is INR 250, and for the SC/ST categories, it is INR 150.

National Testing Agency will commence CUET 2026 registration in first week of March. Soon after the release of the CUET notification candidates candidates can check the important dates pertaining to CUET 2026. The last date for CUET 2026 registration will be notiifed aling with the last date for payment of fee. 

Candidats will be required to fill the CUET application form within the given time frame, failing which no request for extension of the CUET registration last date will be entertained. NTA does not provide the window for late fee payment. CUET 2026 application process will be in online mode. No physical copies of the CUET application form must be sent to the authorities.
