A brief elaboration of my college, the College of Food Technology, VNMKV Parbhani.
Placements: The intake of our college every year is 80 per batch. Talking about the placement drive, our college offers an average placement of 4 LPA to 6 LPA, depending on student skills. Top recruiting companies are Parle, Sula Vineyards, Sahyadri Farms, Haldirams, and Ferrero Rocher. Mostly, roles are food analyst, supply operator, or logistics manager. It also depends on the students' skills and mindset.
Infrastructure: Our college is Asia's first food technology college. We have high-class labs with detailed specifications of every modern technology and machinery. Hostel accommodation is also decent. Our hostel has 3 types of messes, and anyone can join according to their taste. Our college is fully supportive of sports, and we have specific grounds and courts for sports.
Faculty: All professors in our college are highly qualified and experienced; all of them have completed their Ph.D. in food technology. All semesters and their courses cover all the food processing sector and its workings, which makes students ready for the industry. Semester exams are moderate.

All manufacturing and FMCG, and all industries related to working with food and food manufacturing and processing recruit students from our college. About 90% of students got internships at domestic and multinational companies. Roles offered as quality control executive and in the research and development department.
Infrastructure: All facilities are available and maintained well in our college. A total of 5 blocks of classrooms are available for teaching. Apart from this, the admission section, the exam department, and laboratories are also available. Breakfast and tiffins are provided by the canteen staff. Various sports and extracurricular activities are held by the college every year.
Faculty: Best teaching faculty members and supportive teachers in our college who focus on practical knowledge. The course is curriculum-relevant and implant training is a must for every student and the semester to pass the degree. The thesis is compulsory for practical marks. Semester exams are easy to pass if well studied by students.
Other: From start, I wanted to do a unique course and I find food technology to be interesting that is a combination of science with technology. I also have a food nature. The campus environment is awesome. Scholarships are available. Extracurricular activities will be held on campus.

I am satisfied because of the teaching techniques of teachers here.
Placements: Campus placements of our college are very poor in condition. From the 2018 batch, only 4-5 students manage to get placed through placement cell. However, there is good news that the board is conducted by our college administrators for better placements. Various tractor companies visited here for placements.
Infrastructure: There are all facilities in our college like a library, gym and cultural activities rooms. The infrastructure and facilities are good. The food served is good, and its quality is also good. Along with this, there are other facilities like hospitals, canteen and sports.
Faculty: Teachers here are highly qualified for their respective courses. Most of them have completed their M.Tech and PhD from various well-known colleges of India. So, their teaching quality is good. Students can gain high knowledge from the teachers of our college. Teachers are helpful in everything.
Other: Various scholarships are available in our college for students. Most of the cultural events and extracurricular activities are conducted.
