Visva Bharti University BA is available in a three-year undergraduate degree programme, divided into six semesters, and offered across 18 specialisations. In addition to this, a BA at Visva Bharati University is also available in a four-year BA (Hons) programme across four specialisations which are inclusive of one year of preparatory followed by three years of specialisation course. Visva Bharati University BA course admission is available for both Indian and International students. Visva Bharati University admission opened with the application process of CUET. To start the application form candidates must register with their email ID first. For admission to BA courses candidates have to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria, followed by the other selection rounds. Step 1: Visva Bharati University BA Application Process 2025
The Visva Bharati BA application process 2025 is conducted in online mode through the official website. For successful application submission, candidates need to pay an application fee.
Step 1.1: Click on the “Register” button for the fresh registration, for the CUET (UG) -2025 exam. Portal: (https://cuet.samarth.ac.in)
Step 1.2: Applicant has to choose the password.
Step 1.3: Applicant has to fill in their personal information and other details.
Step 1.4: Applicant has to fill in the security pin and submit the required details for registration.
Step 1.5: Applicant can preview and verify the personal details and can click on the “submit and send OTP to mobile” button to proceed further.
Step 1.6: Pay the CUET application fee i.e., INR 750.
Step 2: Appear for CUET Entrance Test
After successful registration, candidates need to download the admit card by visiting the official website of CUET and clicking on 'Download CUET Admit Card'. The next step is to appear for the entrance test as scheduled.
STEP 3: Check the Merit List
Once the CUET result is announced, the University generates a merit list based on students' performance in the CUET UG entrance examination and scores secured in Class 12.
Shortlisted students can find their names on this list by visiting the university's official website (Admission portal - merit tab (https://www.vbadmission.in/ug). Those who qualify for the merit list must visit the college to proceed with the documentation verification steps.

No, Common University Entrance Test (CUET) 2027 registrations have not commenced yet. The registration window will be active at cuet.nta.nic.in. NTA will release the CUET 2027 notification in first week of January. Soon after the release of the CUET official notification, the CUET registration 2027 process will commence online at the official website. Candidates willing to appear for the CUET 2027 exam must complete the application form online. Additionally, before filling application form, candidates must make sure that they have fulfilled the prescribed CUET eligibility criteria to qualify for the entrance exam.
The CUET UG 2025 results were released on July 4, 2025. Candidates can check their CUET UG results from the official website of NTA. Moreover, the CUET UG examination was conducted from May 15 to June 4, 2025. Following the exam, a final answer key was released on July 1, 2025.
To apply for admission in the BA course at VBU, candidates must wait for the next academic year. Admissions for 2024 are closed now and the last date was in July.
