There is pressure for classes and semesters, but hostel management and campus environment are good.

Faculty: Teachers are very good. If there are any difficulties in understanding any topic in class, we can go to the teacher's room, and they will personally teach us and solve our problems. Semester exams are tough, as well as in other universities. But the classes are regular, and our attendance is checked properly.

Good faculty and infrastructure.

Faculty: The faculty here is quite good. Speaking of teachers and backgrounds, they have completed their degrees from prestigious universities in the country. Their teaching methods are easy to understand, and the behavior of all the teachers is also good. Semester exams get delayed sometimes because admissions through the queue take time. The passing percentage in some departments is very good, but overall, the passing percentage is found to be a bit low.

Overall, best university for M.Sc. in botany course.

Faculty: Faculty members were highly experienced. Most of them completed their PhDs. They were friendly while teaching and clarifying doubts. College was self-contained, so semester exam correction was done at the college itself. The hard paper was moderate. The pass percentage was always high. The pass rate was over 50%.

Great campus and professors.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, knowledgeable, and their teaching quality is also great. The exams in the university are difficult. The pass percentage is 40%. The curriculum is also relevant, but I don't think that it makes the students industry-ready, to be honest.

A short peek into Kala Bhavana, Visva-Bharati University.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful if you're open to talking to them. They are knowledgeable, and the teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is somewhat in between very modern and old school. Semester exams are not very difficult, and the pass percentage is high.

I am absolutely dissatisfied with this university.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality of teachers is good. The course curriculum is relevant, but it does not make students industry-ready. Semester exams are difficult because the professor does not complete the syllabus on time.

I am absolutely satisfied with its academic curriculum and cultural aspects.

Faculty: The professors at Viva Bharati University are very humble and learned. We call them Dadra (elder brother for male professors) and Didi (elder sister for female faculty members). Obviously, they are good at teaching, and of course, very humble, welcoming, and generous in other aspects. Our courses are relevant for further studies/academia, especially if someone is preparing for NET JRF or other teaching exams, or even All India Service exams. I never found my semester exams difficult. Viva Bharat...

Shade of history department of Viva Bharati.

Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified. The history department has NAAC+ credit. Professors are very helpful. The teaching quality is too good. The curriculum is based on NEP. Semester exams are quite difficult. You have to acquire 40% to pass in examination and at least 75% attendance to sit in the exam.

The college has good faculty members, facilities, and infrastructure.

Faculty: Our professors are very knowledgeable because they have done their Ph.D. in foreign countries. They have decided to become professors within the nation and educate their people. About the semester exam, it is really very tough so you can't read the whole syllabus in one day and sit in the exam you have to read properly everything that is taught in the class.

In Visva Bharati, Cheena Bhavana, Kala Bhavana, and agriculture department are the best.

Faculty: Faculty members are good. Curriculum is based on the modern curriculum and has good job opportunities in the Chinese sector. The semester exams in our department are really tough. If you don't study regularly, you can't pass it. The teaching technique is really good.

This university is known for its roots.

Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified, knowledgeable, and helpful. Not all courses make you industry-ready. There are departments such as CS foreign language that make you industry-ready. The semester exams are very tough. One has to study very well to pass the exams. Marks should be above 40%.

Overall best University for M.Sc. in Botany Course.

Faculty: My teachers are helpful, qualified, and informed. The teaching quality is also good. The course curriculum is adequate, and it does prepare students for jobs. Exams at the university are challenging; there are no straightforward questions, so we must prepare thoroughly in order to achieve a high score. The pass rate is 45%.

World Heritage Institute that will make your college life memorable forever.

Faculty: The faculty members are very friendly and help a lot to build up a good career. They guide their Ph.D. students very well and help them get better opportunities after Ph.D. Semester exams are moderate to hard, but classes are conducted very well.

Calcutta University has more no. of affiliated colleges for the BSc course than VBU. Calcutta University has around 80 colleges and VBU has one, i.e. J.D. Birla Institute. The seat intake at Calcutta University is also greater than that at VBU.
