XIM University Bhubaneswar admission to various courses is both merit-based and entrance-based. Admission to BTech, BSc, BCom, and BM is offered on the basis of a written test or interview conducted by the university. A candidate's past academic record is also considered at the time of final admission. The candidates have to qualify in CAT/ XAT/ NMAT or X-GMT to get admission in MBA and Executive MBA programs. Final admission is subject to WAT and GD/ PI conducted by XUB Bhubaneswar. MTech admission is offered completely on the basis of a valid score in OJEE. For a PhD, candidates need to take UGC NET, followed by an interview. Any other equivalent national or state level examination qualified candidates are also eligible to apply.

XIM General Management Test is an online admission test for MBA and MMS-BF conducted by XIM University. You can apply for XGMT by opting for the programmes through XGMT test option in the online application form. A fee of INR 1500 has to be paid for this test.

No, students cannot get admission in Xavier University with 45% in graduation. The percentage is not enough. To be eligible for PG courses at XIM University, students must meet the eligibility. To be eligible, aspirants must have 50%-55% in graduation from a recognised university.

The eligibility of getting admission in BA LLB at XIM University is Class 12 pass (or equivalent) in any discipline, with at least 60% marks in aggregate, from a recognised Board. Class 12 students, who are expecting their results, can also apply.

Yes, the university provides hostel facilities for PG students. The hostels are available in both new and old campuses. Students can opt for single rooms with or without AC and attached washrooms. The charges for all rooms are different. A fixed amount of Student Residence Administration Fee of INR 20,000 has to be paid every year along with the room rent.

Xavier University application fee is INR 1500 for one programme, and additional INR 300 each for every additional programme of the same school or other schools. The aspirants need to use the same login ID for applying for multiple UG programmes.

The student can apply for admission at Xavier University more than once. The student must choose the individual programme in the online application form. The total application fee will be calculated by the system. The aspirants need to use a single form for applying to multiple programs.
